Anyway, Blind Faith (a project comprising Eric Clapton and other blues rock musicians) released one album in 1969 featuring the photo of a topless, underage girl on the cover. Don't even want to link to it.

Fantastic, completely over the top, borderline pisstake-but not in a Spinal Tap way, epic "metal" band. All thst leather, spandex and plastic armour...
