hoose between Clodgah/Brendan vs Wini and her merry men, I'd choose C/B, but I don't see it as an either/or situation. I have a strong lean on C/B being genuine and a moderately strong lean on Wini being genuine too. I think both are probably true.

    TLDR: #FFA3: Gabriel, Holly, Steve

I've seen this attempt to float the idea there's a conflict between C/B and the Fab 4 a few times now, and I'm not sure why....at any stage, was there a conflict between stories?

There were people talking about "Team C/B" versus "Team Wini". I think we're saying the same thing here, ie, that there shouldn't be a split and both could be true.

Apologies Holly, that was when you had barely made much contribution today. I didn't get a great vibe off that, but you are contributing a whole lot more since I saw that.

I will say though, it seems like you have a decision made on Gabriel, so don't maybe don't get boxed into that now that you've decided.

Since someone mentioned you started on Doris yesterday, since I opined today that we might have lynched a wolf in Doris, what was it that made you go for Doris?

This is just for my own recollection and interest btw, and not to put you under a spotlight.

No worries, I understand how it is with low posters

I'm never fully set one way or the other without hard proof, trying not to tunnel him but he don't make it easy. Pretty sure he's a wolf but won't leave him beyond redemption.

I only properly followed today and D0, D1 and D2 were primarily speedreading so I didn't get too deep a focus on anyone, its why my FFA on Nidge was poor, it's just a feeling I got from reading. Doris was the same, nearly everyone has a handful of posts I could spotlight and say "this is helpful and sincere villager chat" but I didn't spot any at all from Doris, everything seemed to be fluff or struck me as insincere. She's one of the few I had no villager reads on.

I suspect the perceived conflict was due to Clodagh's skepticism of Wini's claim. Trying to get FFA together here. Finding it hard to split the difference between low posters in particular.

Gabriel, was it you who early on floated the possibility/probability of a wolf being in the top 2 votes on night one? Do you still think that theory is viable?

Literally nothing I can say will get through to you. Every thing is negative. I fear our relationship is beyond repair Eva.

That's the response when all I did was point out that you made a false recollection of my post to Conor about me 'spinning tales'? When you got snide about Conor facing my supposed ire?

So you're making a spin now on a previous spin. My head's gonna explode at this stage.

You say NRV and village, but tbh your actions to me today scream anything but. Never mind being skeptical like others, you are flat out shooting down any possibility that the village could be building a core here.

You say you have the most open mind and try to consider all bases, but yet when I try to get towards "playing a blinder" as you suggested, to compensate for not doing your requested reads lists, to try and see if the village managed to lynch a wolf last night, you respond with a snide 'Gold star'. How open-minded and very villagery of you.

No one is asking you to hop on board with Wini and follow her to the end, just to exercise a bit of objectivity with such a potentially important village claim.

Why do you not want to do that?

Might be. They usually try hide in the crowd on d1 in my experience. One of them at least. But it might not fly in this game since the vote was so spread out.

How many times do I have to tell you I was genuinely impressed you did the Doris research. Give me back the star please.

Derry: I really worry his strong early work on the riddles has seen him coast by without anyone really looking at him too much but he does not strike me as a wolf and I tend (not always to agree with his reads). Really hope hes not a wolf, cos he will get away with it

Conor: Good with the clues like Derry but never seemed to get as cleared in peoples minds as him. Perhaps because Derry was more active. Still contributes to the conversation a good bit without raising flags. Could be god wolf play but im not leaning that way at the moment

Gabby: Rallied harder than most against the Wini situation which will bring eyes on her. I actually have a slight village lean on her despite this thinking that maybe she is just tunneling / finding it hard not to respond to stuff or put things to one side so as not to derail the village (kinda similar to Orla) but still im not going to be voting here i'd think

Nigel: I feel I should have more on Nigel, Derry didn't trust him based off day 0/1 interaction, while (cant think who) showed he was actively involved in trying to solve riddles etc. Hasn't done much of note despite us being a few days in so could be the quiet wolf except hes not been that quiet in terms of post tally

Steve: weird when talking about hospitalisation, I see mention of him and Holly starting the Doris wagon of votes. Very hard to read despite being a few days in now also so could be a quiet wolf but that could be said of a few as mentioned with Nigel

Isla: has not been all day, so obviously a low enough post count although did have a post saying that there post count wasn't important and that they should be on more the next day. Seemed to be after Des & and Doris "pinged her wolfdar" before that seemed to spend a lot of time talking about hospital

Liam: Was iirc the first to suggest ignoring the wini4 to focus on a list of uncertains for FFAs etc, this list includes himself, one of the lowest posters but much more active since the Wini reveal, Gabby called him a wolf on thread, seemed to be tunneling me for a day 0 post nobody else found worthy of discussion despite it getting me top of his 2 FFAs... and now 3 despite saying he thinks someone he doesn't list is a wolf!

Holly: tunneling Nigel - lowest post count thats even padded by Magic the gathering talk, riddle guesses, hospitalization talk and a youtube video and asking others opinions instead of giving her own. Very little to read into tbh

    #FFA3

    1.Liam
    2.Steve
    3.Isla

all potential quiet wolves but then again when you take out wini's 4 and lean good on Derry from early actions you very quickly get down away from the potential talkative wolves

The fact of the matter is I am being incredibly objective. To the point I am questioning everything. Does you not approving of how I'm doing so rate highly on the list of things I'm looking at? No.

But as I said, you are reading everything I say as negative so what can I do when you are doing that?

I'm really trying to focus on the lynch Eva. If you wanna put me on your list do it. But the village needs to put their FFAs up. You keep bringing things back to me. If you have any new information on me you want to bring to bear then please do it, but at this stage you are rehashing your previous points.

Long time no see. Are you up to date with whats going on? If so what do you think about the days happenings? who do you think is Wolfie? Think you will get an FFA in? The village could do with hearing more from Isla even if I always associate that account with being a headwreck from past games.

It wasn't just about the 'gold star' or you being impressed, i'm keeping the gold star anyway

It was more that you didn't even weigh in on those thoughts, despite requesting more work from me today.

    .....................................

All respect to RL, work, kids, everything outside of WW, but when possible I'd like to hear more from Steve and Isla. One of them is going on my FFA. Steve in fairness pursued someone who I'm leaning on as wolf, Doris. Isla has not been on my radar. At this point, that's more of a bad thing.

To make it official, my #FFA3:

Abigail WW – didn’t like day 1 posts. Seemed forced. Talks a lot about the pills. Still a slight Wolf lean.

Holly WW – low poster. Going after Nigel for wolf. Unsure. No read.

Steve WW – Claims he was hospitalised yesterday but was coy about it. Not sure why? Maybe started the Doris train last night? Clashed with Orla last night about low vs high posters.

Unless of course Doris was a wolf, in which case it was a good train. I was happily aboard it last night.

    Ok, fwiw here's my #FFA3:

Liam - inactive basically until today, aside from the bare minimum. Has improved today, and I'm grateful for that but then he WTFs and calls Gabriel a wolf but leaves him off his FFA.... it's all a bit too 'stay under the radar' for me.

Nigel - Still suspicious of his 'had to vote for someone' spiel on Monday night. He's upped the post count but aside from pretty tables and lists, until today nothing really of substance.

And while it pains me to do this, I think I have to

Gabriel - His vote flip-flop parade last night raised my eyebrows, along with his hand in outing Clodagh (granted, more than him involved, and I had a very bad day yesterday too if Eva turns out to be good). But today he's rather aggressive, rattled almost by Wini and her claims. At first he was shouting her down and talking about rocket cars in relation to it, then he was mentioning priests, then stating we could afford a mislynch on him. Arguing with Eva, Liam and Holly - grand, but some of it is quite dismissive of their points.

Not up to date at all. Got to read a little earlier but only until about 11am. I've read the mod posts and little else

Nah, I've got it. I've been reading the thread like, but I dunno, I feel a lot more have come alive now I've dialled back the noise a bit.

Lessons to be learned for again I guess :(

Know how you feel. I have been awake since 2pm yesterday and playing WW for much of that time since then...in a week where I didn't even envision a game of WW.

I am starting to see weird shapes here in the room, my eyes are sore and heavy, and I really need to take off soon and get some rest.

I'd like to at least hang around and see what our strategy is for this evening though. Are we lynching Wini or are we sparing her until at least her next result? Are we aiming in to the low posters again?

I'm wrecked here, but as well as enjoying the game, it's not an ideal time to take off. If I was one of the posters who have cruised by under the radar for 3 days now, I guess I could do that. :(

Really? Still going on about a D1 vote? Even in a best case scenario, a D1 vote is guesswork at best, and in my case, when cast at 10am, 11 hours before the lynch, it was the best I could come up with under the circumstances.

Oh, just seeing who you voted for D1! Well, there you go! I guess we'll see soon how brilliant your D1 choice was after a full day to contemplate the evidence!

I didn't think lynching wini was even an option. Low posters ftw imo.

Ok..going to be offline for a bit

    Abi: Leaning good on her
    Derry: Leaning good on him
Nigel: Leaning good but less so, could be helpful wolf
    Brendan: BG: Team village
Gabriel: Skeptical about Wini...which makes me slightly lean town but not sure
Gertie: Very neutral, could go either way
Liam: Could be sneaky wolf but has posted today so getting benefit of doubt. If he goes silent again will worry
Holly: Low poster but missed a vote N1 which sways me towards just not paying attention.
Wini/Eva/Orla: No idea. I find the reveal too hard to believe but trying not to get trapped by this.

    #FFA3

Isla: I've been suspicious of Isla since yesterday and the low posting hasn't given me anything to change my mind

Steve: Low lying wolf or fairly useless villager

Riona: I can't shake my feelings about Wini's reveal and Riona is the one I suspect most from that group.

Think that's everyone. I probably won't be back on until after 8
