I admire your appetite for Chinese G, even when we get chinese i usually get a green or red curry, satay, or cantonese duck as im not a fan of the gloopy alternatives. Obviously genuine Chinese is different to a local take away.

Had a dumpling noodle boat soup, dumped the whole side of chilli oil (it's spicy, gingery and has chopped up scallions) into it and slurped it up ! Glass of red and off to bed now as work early in the morning !

I hate gloopy stuff. I'd make a lot of Asian style food at home, but I'm pretty selective about Chinese restaurants/takeaways. My local does a really good Selection of Malaysian style satay dishes.

I use the Old el Paso taco mix. It's very reliable and available in Tescos and Dunnes. Very easy to make and absolutely better than the takeaway.

I used left over Bolognese mince (no waste here) added chopped chillies and paprika when reheating.

Chips on plate, taco mayo (from aldi) mince on top and sprinkled with cheese. Bang it all under the grill for a minute. Delicious ;)

On topic, having a yogurt with lemon curd in.

A nice early start! Same here. Suppin a pint in a little bar. Only a hand full here. Contemplating what to cook for myself later. Thinking it may be beef in black pepper sauce.

Going to have more of what I had last night: fried cod with green beans cooked in tomato sauce and flaked almonds.
