The problem here is that there are real concerns about the Clintons like their ties to Wall St. However, ceding the discussion to Alex Jones is like asking Dr. Pepper to perform brain surgery.
I've heard it suggested that Jones actually works for the CIA and is deliberately nutty and over-the-top in order to create this charicature of a "conspiracy theorist". The idea is to make it impossible for anyone investigating actual government corruption or wrong-doing to be taken seriously.

It has absolutely nothing to do with whistle-blowing

He was totally on the money here in 2014.

The romantic part of me wants this to be true. My God it's beautiful.:pac::pac:

At 7:13 during his broadcast on 12/03/2012 he said something which was vaguely related to the truth and confirmed my bias

Therefore, using poor reasoning skills, his views must be valid

Benghazi, the most overblown scandal ever... Okay, how about Sandy Hook parents are actors? 911 was an inside job and FEMA are operating death camps, believe those too?

Ok, so when does the positive light stop being shined on the Clintons.

why can you not just state what claims he has made that you think are true or may be true?

I'd prefer to hear the truth rather than some made up story about how wonderful things are going in Benghazi which Hillary did.

But any stories that Jones breaks are made up... You do realise this, right?

So a US ambassador getting shot is overblown, I guess the US gun running to Al-Qaeda is childs play.

The scandal it was made into was overblown. The scandal itself also was not something Jones was responsible for breaking. Anyway, care to address my questions?

Here's some actual fact checking on Benghazi btw. Attributing to Clinton is pretty difficult.

I didn't think he broke news, just brought it to peoples attention, like a chat show. It was a chat show as far as I remember.

That's a beautifully apt response because I stated a semi-plausible theory (that Jones may work for the CIA) and you responded by equating it something vastly more ridiculous and entirely unrelated.

There literally could not be a more perfect response. If the theory was true then this is exactly how it should work.

I don't know enough about what he said to comment, and to be honest at the end of the day you have a choice to watch or not to watch, and I didn't watch 90% of the content he had on there. What I watched was fairly damning on the Clintons and that hasn't changed.

Anyone trying to legitimize Alex Jones isn't worth arguing with .

I didn't need to be taken in, and I've nothing to be embarrassed about, the Clintons have dodgy dealings with irish water and a big Irish business man.. these have been widely published in our own local news papers.

let me see if I can expand on the others posters point.

Alex Jones is scum. He's a liar and a fraudster. He sucks in gullible people with ridiculously stupid stories. He's responsible for Sandy Hook families being harassed. He's also said that drag queens should be burned. He makes Sean Hannity look like a lefty.

Anyone who wants to argue that he's actually telling the truth or defending any of the crap he spouts on his show is obviously so deluded that they will not be able to have a rational argument.

therefore there is no point arguing with someone who tries to legitimise him.

I don't care if Alex Jones is any of those things, I want to be the person who decides I don't want to watch Alex Jones, I do not need any internet company or any other media outlet deciding on my behalf.
