Magic oil, then a chunk of chocolate to cover the dreadful taste! When we were children we were told that if a medicine did not taste awful it was doing you no good.. This must be mighty stuff!

Strawberries from the garden and sweetened cream.

    Oh my!

The Supervalu site listed strawberries, a box of a kilo for E6. I never buy strawbs as they are expensive, but this was irresistible, .

They are lovely, ripe and sweet and tomorrow I will make jam . When I was market trading, i made literally thousands of gourmet preserves to sell over the years. Could not face jam sometimes

Meanwhile eating strawberries! The luxury i live in.. ;) They are so sweet and lovely..

Had lunch out today. Mrs G had Lasagna. I had a Club Sandwich. A big salad between us with ice cold sparkling water for the wash down.

The kid had ham sandwiches in school.:D

Nice dinner here tonight. Salmon steamed in the oven with lemon juice, chilli, honey, salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce, with potato dauphinois and roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic dressing. Profiteroles for dessert.
