I had tomato-ey poached eggs with chilli and garlic for dinner. I know the dish has a proper name but I've called it tomatoey poached eggs for years so will stick with it.

The my husband used some leftover spicy tomato sauce to put on nachos, so I had some of them. And a square of Tesco caramel and sea salt chocolate.

Oh and a glass of red wine from a bottle that was open a bit too long. Sleepy time now, full and content.

Started out making a simple chicken Caesar salad for lunch but then noticed some stuff in the fridge from Sunday that I thought that I'd better use. So added sliced red and yellow peppers, black olives, red and black grapes, chopped chillies, an avocado, and a can of chickpeas.
The result was this epic, tasty salad but now I seem to have temporarily lost the will to get out of this chair.

At teatime, chips, fingers and mushy peas... no idea why as I rarely eat a full meal but this week..

Weak coffee and cake, and mint aero.. Second half of bisodol! I deserve the need
