I dont see their loss of careers with the IRFU as vengeance but rather to be expected based on behaviour they admitted to which must contrast totally with the terms of their contracts.

I don’t honestly know why we get hung up on the tell boys/ tell girls thing. It should be pretty universal advice. If you’re too drunk/ drugged up you’re not in control of the situation. That may lead to you doing bad things, that may also lead to bad things happening to you. Both are possibilities regardless of whether you’re male if female.

We get too hung up on a victims/ predators narrative here. The message should be that this can put you in a position that ****s up your life.

What behaviour specifically. They weee found not guilty on the rape charge so the only thing left is the WhatsApp. Gilroy was the worst offender there and is suspended to May

Ya, true.

But unfortunately we didn't get to hear that the woman in this case was scorned, nobody testified to that fact.

We only know that one minute (according to the lads) she was happy servicing all the lads (although no one knows how she managed to service McIlroy) the next she was gone, about 45 minutes later, she arrived home, in a state of distress.

Not every woman who cries is faking it either!

Jackson especially has talent. And of course absolutely no conviction, sure some might whine on twitter but he is an innocent top class out half. Winning games helps revenue and his ability will help teams win. You are focusing on hashtags without accounting for player ability.

I'm not focusing on any hashtags....what the fook are you on about...honestly...it does not take a genius to figure out that presently, these guys are damaged goods, in terms of reputation and match fitness....THAT....will be what any club hoping to signing them will reference in the belief that they can sign them cheap enough...not hastags/feminazis/mobs etc etc etc...

Oh Jeez I know they’re not all faking it poor things - it’s GOT to be the worst situation - I thought she was up and gone the first time when he admitted he didn’t know her name (could give some ladies “the scorn”)! It’s a friggin mess for all concerned

PJ and BJ need to reconsider their careers.

No personal sponsorship deals.

No punditry retirement gigs.

I doubt anyone's going to offer them a position in coaching other young lads.

They're young enough to switch careers now - no point playing until they're 30 and then trying to get qualified in something - they should just cut their losses and make a clean break - perhaps use some of their financial settlement to fund a university course?

Well this season is basically over so fitness is irrelevant. They will join up with their new employers in pre season. Their reputation is fine as they were innocent.

There will be plenty of interest in Jackson if he makes himself available. Wouldn't be suprised if he had a deal done before the IRFU made it's decision.

Nah, If Ian Madigan can get a gig in France, Jackson should be able to. Plenty of money for aninternational class player there especially one who won’t have international commitments to juggle

Bath and Exeter mentioned too. If a number of teams are vying then I think it is safe to assume he can negotiate a good deal for himself.
