Back from a horrible run, I'd intended on a 10k but only got six before the weather just got too bad.. So I'll cheat with a striploin steak, bottle of red wine and a big motherfooking Guinness dark chocolate Easter egg :p

Ha, thought for a minute it was in one sitting!

I had spaghetti bolognese, garlic bread and a glass of Malbec, followed by HB Raspberry ripple and tinned fruit. Followed by some of the teenagers egg and a glass of port. Slightly full for now ;)

Not in work for a few days apart from a small bit of homework tomorrow. Tonight I (and Mrs G. feasted on a Chinese takeaway. Chicken curry, fried rice, skewered satay chicken and chips. Washed it down with a skinny coke.

    Good night!

Went to the shop for a newspaper and there were two fresh, but lonely looking, flaky pastry buns with jam and cream filling and a thick layer of icing. They just screamed at me to give them a decent home. Coffee's brewing.

A sandwich that reminds me of my Gran. Thinly sliced bread, toasted, instead of butter a mix of mayonnaise and tomato purée, cucumber and cheese. I don't know if I actually like it or if I like the memories it brings.
