Everyone fasting today? Did I miss something?

Boiled some potatoes with carrots and savoy cabbage and smothered them with gravy of the speedy kind....Malted milk biscs and a creme egg

Yup you may have missed a bit! Here's my update. A snack box in Supermacs with garlic mayo and a skinny coke. Chocolate and popcorn in the cinema. A few beers now. Then I'm all over a Chinese beef dish with fried rice. Family day out today. Serious eating!

The alcohol is definitely giving you the munchies tonight.
    .

I'm inclined to graze most nights and always enjoy a good supper. I rarely eat lunch though.

Banana omelette. Looked horrible but tasted lovely. Followed by a double decker chocolate bar.

I'm a complete grazer and rarely have an actual meal,I can go all day without eating but pick all night, probably not recommended but it works for me.

As long as it's relatively balanced - fruit, carbs, sugar etc. it won't kill you.

Just don't eat nothing but crème eggs though or type 2 diabetes awaits. ;)

Sandwich of cheese and salad with crisps. I got a block of mature cheddar this week instead of the usual one I get. It's so much nicer. King crisps.

I'm just back from the canteen. I was going to have the 'chunky vegetable curry' but when I saw it, there were too many peas and sweetcorn. (What's chunky about them?)

Instead, I got the Caribbean chicken stew. It was okay except too many chunks of pineapple, which at first glance I thought were chicken. BOO-urns!

Peas and sweetcorn do not belong in a curry...EVER!:D

Dinner on the way. Roast spuds, roasted carrot and parsnip with pork steak. Gravy.

Had my homemade burgers and chips four hours ago. Think I'll throw a few slices of bread in the toaster and have them with rhubarb and ginger jam (and a tunnock's tea cake)
