Just wondering if you ordered from eglobal how long it took altogether?
I ordered on the 3rd March and the tracking is currently showing

    # Date Parcel Status
6 2018-03-13 Shipment is on its way to the local depot.
5 2018-03-12 Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility.
4 2018-03-11 Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly.
3 2018-03-10 Shipment is en-route to courier depot.
    2 2018-03-09 In transit.
1 2018-03-08 The parcel has been picked by the courier; The parcel has left the courier's warehouse.

Just hoping it makes other here (London) by the weekend as it's my son's birthday present!

I ordered initially from eglobal but the courier lost it in their depot. Ordered from geekbuying the second time and I got it in 4 days from European stock.

Only shipping to Portugal and UK - not including Northern Ireland. So you'd have to use Address Pal (AnPost)

Two weeks using the phone and it has surpassed my expectations massively.
Screen looks bright, clear, and sharp.
The phone is very snappy flicking between apps.
Battery lasts for two days with alot of use, I went away for a night and didn't even bring a charger I was that confident.
Build quality is great, I still haven't picked up a cover, I'll need one soon as it can be a bit slippy in one hand.
Day time pictures look great, night time pictures could be better but are passable, I'm going to install the Google camera app when I get time as it's meant to be a big improvement.

    100% recommend.

Go into Wireless & networks and check that 4g is selected as the preferred network mode.

If on the odd chance you purchased the India Version, it doesn't support Band 20 for here: - https://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi_a1-8776.php#india

So, I've noticed there appears to be a February update available to install. How are you all getting on with Oreo and particularly the latest update? I'm still running Nougat as I was slow to update in case there were any issues but thinking of biting the bullet so to speak.

Oreo has been fine for me no issues at all. The Feb update is just a security patch

Is Geekbuying the best place to buy from and does it come with 3 pin plug. Might take a chance with this phone.

They are one of the best. You get an adapter included.
Its the best phone there is at the price point IMO

Thanks, does the price on Geekbuying go up and down or are they a set price.

^ There's also 30 euro price difference depending on where it's shipped from, where is the best place to have it shipped from?

I think the price has been fairly steady for the last few months 64gb version currently 195 32gb 178

You might find it a bit cheaper elsewhere eg Eglobal but people have had delivery issues with them.
Use the Italy warehouse if buying its the cheapest for delivery

Hong Kong option is cheapest but you run the risk of being hit for VAT and customs duty

I bought it from the Germany warehouse and it came with two pin plug. The usb c cable is separate so all you need is a USB plug.

I bought one about 6 weeks ago from the solution shop and they were poor enough to deal with .I'm now waiting on delivery of another one from eglobal and they are no better . Only the phone is so good for the price I wouldn't put myself through the stress of dealing with them .CS is non existent .

    +1 to this

The irony is that I ordered a cover from the UK on the same day, last Friday, as I ordered the phone from geekbuying and the phone came on Monday but still waiting for the cover.

And there are several different sellers, hence the request for the direct link from where he bought it.
