    Yes.

WHat are your predictions and reasons for it?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,555 ✭✭✭EagererBeaver

I don't have any predictions other than I think it'll certainly hit $20k again.
We're still early movers on bitcoin. It's not easily accessible for most. I think there's a lot of "stupid" money to come into this game still

I have a fear I am the stupid money, having only got in when it hit the ATH..

That's only a problem if you're playing the short game. If you look at this long term then relax.

Patience is needed. Bitcoin is more a long term investment than the other alt coins you read about on this forum

Just sold a % of BTC on coinbase. How long until the fiat can be used in coinbase?

Try and open a GDAX account and limit / buy sell. No fees involved.

No fees involved then when you limit buy your ether and xfer it across to binance which is where I assume you want to buy some alts.

On a side note I'm hoping Raiexchange pumps up the price of LTC where you can trade RAI/LTC... here is a hoping.

Tried about 5 times to get verified on gdax and coinbase and couldn't..

I've never used coinbase but what are you doing? I'd have thought you sell for fiat to cash out, if your looking at alts you get them with btc/eth not fiat.

    Maybe I'm missing something.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27,324 ✭✭✭✭GreeBo

You still have to wait for the confirmations to go through.

To send 200 euro if btc would cost 14.79

To withdraw costs 3 euro, to buy costs 3 euro and to send will cost around 1.79

Where can I buy ADA, Cardano's crypto currency?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 141 ✭✭cravings

go to coinmarketcap.com , search for the one you're interested in, then click the markets tab.

I read that, not knocking the guy but people are looking to him like some sort of guru when it comes to other cryptos. He definitely has balls to hold that lenght of time but he may not have even dabbled in any alts

Good news. I had wondered why there wasn't a more pronounced crash given the importance of the Korean market.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27,324 ✭✭✭✭GreeBo

down almost 40% from 10 days ago.

(Un)fortunately this isnt my first rodeo.

No panic sells this time (though selling XRP at €3+ would seems like a good idea now :)

    HODL!

https://poorboys.accountant is HTML base crypto portfolio tracker. No need for excel, apps, etc. Once you add your coins, just save the URL. If you add more coins, just make sure you use the latest URL.

Love this. Pure and simple, exactly what's needed. Cheers for the link!

    Pretty cool, thanks.

Prices are a bit generous off coinmarketcap.com, compared to, say, Binance.
The percentage, hour, day, week displays are great though. :)

Yea but not half as bad when they factored in Korean prices

Wall St bonuses hit bank accounts tomorrow. Will we see a surge in activity and lots of new money flowing into alts? We can only live in hope :D:D:D

I saw that, but I also saw a few tweets that said they can be any time in jan/feb so not necessarily all at once. Fingers crossed though.

What coins do you think will do best? BTC, ETC ETH and XRP maybe?

    EDIT: sorry typo

I think (probably more hope) we will see a big move in XLM. I know it jumped significantly in the last month but I'm shocked the price is still under 70c. So much potential in this one and it has got a lot of media press lately in the states.

Relax, it’s a normal correction as a result of the new money in the market

It will be back to normal level by tomorrow. It was to be expected with the increase volume in flow

We're sitting in a timezone midway between the major markets and always get to see the big dips as they happen, while we choke on our breakfasts. :pac:
