I was waiting for someone to say the 'original' thing of 'unfollow them' but we can discuss bloggers here.

Are we not allowed our opinions or are we just all meant to 100% like them all the time?
I love my parents but they annoy me sometimes. Should I get rid of them?

Ah here. There's really no need for that at all.

    No need at all!

Would you get on to an internet forum and bitch about them?

I've been following this thread for a while and I never really get into arguments but why would you let a person annoy you that much, I think this is such a bitchy thread like just let the girls get on with it, They are not doing you any harm, For what it's worth I watch all of them myself and wouldn't be overly fond of them but I would never get on to an internet forum and tear them apart!

Life is hard enough, Unfollow them!
To start commenting on their relationships with their partners is not on imo, How can you tell what their relationship is like through snapchat?

As I said before I'm in no way controversial and I would always avoid confrontation but I really think some people on here need to step away from social media.

I agree to a degree and feel like some of the above posts are needlessly bitchy but on the other hand I don't go into my job and broadcast my family and relationships and pet names to my clients or other staff. You have to be professional. These women are giving their public accounts to their significant others for "takeovers" and showing very intimate moments. Yes if someone doesn't like it, unfollow but similarly if you don't want people to have an opinion on something, don't broadcast it

Why follow a thread you dislike? That's exactly the same thing.
Unfollow the page if you don't like it. As you said life's too short.

I'd thank this twice if I could. Some people on their high horses need to take their own advice.

No high horses here, Just a compassionate person who doesn't like to see people been ripped to shreds, I'll be unfollowing now anyway but just thought I would add my 2 cents!

This thread has definitely gone way off topic. It's no longer discussing #ad and #sp anymore

I think this thread has gone a bit off topic but what it has shown is how people are losing respect for some of the bloggers/influencers out there. Their content does matter and some of them have forgotten that and as a result have forgotten that their priority does have to be to their followers and what they want.

Would you feel as compassionate towards any other Irish celebrities? Would you go on to any thread about Conor McGregor and say the same? Because I've seen far worse said about him and other controversial celebrities than I've seen about any blogger.

Does anyone know if the rules for ad and sp are the same in the UK? A lot of reality stars in the UK seem brutal for not declaring.

But you said you've been following for a while. So why read it if you don't like people being ripped to shreds?

@Lainycool, have you just come on to complain about people complaining? Honestly, if you don't like the thread, take your own advice and move on. I don't mean this rudely at all towards you, but what's the point in coming on here to tell people what to do? Threads such as this which have opened the discussion about #ad and #spon are actually very helpful. Lots of people share the same opinions on bloggers and snappers, and here is one of the only places you can chat and tell the truth without being labelled 'a hater'.

I only followed her once for about an hour after reading bits on here but the boyfriend looked like someone you'd cross the street if he was coming towards you. He was all tracksuit and tats i think.

I actually think he seems like a lovely guy and a good father

Yeah it's the same for UK.

I've met him in person and you have completely the wrong impression of him.

As far as Grace getting a mortgage - sorry but I can't see it happening.
It's harder for self-employed people and most of her "income" is freebies.
Her lack of using #ad or #spon will come back to haunt her once she goes to the bank.

Here's what KBC require from self-employed people:

    • Tax returns/Revenue documents? She doesn't declare anything!
    • "By including copies of contracts and a summary of your business it allows you to show your mortgage advisor how busy you are. " ..... Not very
    • "Depending on the bank and your personal circumstance, some banks will request a minimum of two years of accounts or possibly even three years. " She's been sitting at home on her phone for at least 1 year of that.

The amount you can borrow is limited to 3.5 times your salary. Even if Chris applied as a sole applicant, if he's anywhere near the average wage he isn't going to be able to borrow enough for a decent house.

I also wonder how Chris feels about the whole thing. He doesn't seem to get a look in, Grace would rather spend the time on her phone. I don't think they'll last forever and often wonder if they'd still be together if Sienna hadn't been born - nobody wants to be second fiddle to a phone all the time.

I know a few comments in this forum can over step the mark but for the most part I honestly think that people make factual posts and don't get overly personal.

I remember a few years ago I used to read a forum called guru gossip, it was mainly for discussing beauty youtubers but a few bloggers were talked about to. And honestly if you think boardd is bad, you'd faint if you saw the things written on that forum.
I remember there was an entire sub forum dedicated to the saccone jolys and honestly people were so overly invested in their lives it was incredible. I remember one poster reported the parents to social services because they fed Emilia, who was about 1 at the time, a toasted sandwich from Costa coffee.
No joke, they reported them (and had proof of the report) for abusing the child for feeding the child a sandwich.
They used to imply all sorts of unsavoury stuff about the father and his upbringing. Saying he was a pervert for bathing his baby daughter or kissing her on the lips.
Insane stuff. Far worse was written than what I said above but that's what I remember off the top of my head. I'm not even sure if it's still around any more.
So at least what is said here is mostly factual and to the point, there are far worse, nastier forums out there.

In fairness just because shes not sticking to ASAI regulations doesnt mean shes not declaring it to revenue if shes being paid. Wr all know shes being paid for ads a lot more than she lets on but revenue and banks only care about the financials

Apologies for any offence caused, as I said it was only a brief glimpse and a judgment based on appearances only!

Not sure if any of you follow Maeve Madden but she works with Cell Nutrition and is over in Spain at an event with them. Maybe she flew herself over as her brother is there but surely it's an #ad. Though she works with Cocoa Brown too, never hashtags that either.

FBG is now a brand ambassador for some baby shop, that apparently her baby 'LOVES'. It's called 'Name It'.... I wonder did she love it so much before she was paid to promote it? So sick of how all of a sudden certain products and shops are a fave, when there's money to be made.

Just watched her snaps. NEVER heard her mention that shop before.

Grace will work for anyone and I mean anyone. It shows how transparent she is and money mad.

It means people can't trust her because which brands does she genuinely like and which is she clearly doing for the dosh?

Pippa OConnor said a few months back she is very picky with who she collabs/works for because she genuinely has to like or believe in a product.

Grace doesn't care once she's being thrown freebies/money.

Delighted she never got her free car; she really wanted one didn't she? Cos Rosie C and Doireann got one.

Maeve is brand ambassador for that hypertonic stuff! She is very bad for not using any # but it is so SO obvious because she is over enthusiastic about whatever product she is talking about!! I don't think she mentioned at the time she was brand ambassador for them when she talked about it at first! took a while for her to say that part! I used really like her and would always watch her snaps but she seems to have changed and comes across as very fake? She was in th states during the summer and said she hates using fake tan on holidays or something to that effect but is brand ambassador for coco brown?! Or maybe she is just for the shimmer oil bot the tan?

I shouldn't really be commenting on his personal finances but I would imagine he is earning well in excess of the average industrial wage given that he works for a large multinational and is based in Dublin where there is significant competition for staff between the multinationals. From my experience anyway although we are not in the same field.
