That's why I think he probably struggled with his weight cut, I think he overshot it.

Mayweather was eating weigh in day apparently, there was just never any danger of him being over the limit obviously.

You highlighted the part where I said I don't think it matters for this fight but your post doesn't really address that does it? Can you clarify why you highlighted that part so I can answer it properly?

Oh sorry. I didn't mean to appear to say it would have any effect on the outcome of the fight. Just more so that it might affect McG's stamina. Which could affect his ability to stop himself taking too much damage before the towel comes across or the ref steps in. I don't want to see him getting hurt.

So I meant that it would still drain him. After re-reading it again I see that maybe it came across as me saying I thought it might affect the outcome. I didn't mean that :-)

When there are already question marks over your engine, then a tough cut obviously compounds that...

I would imagine Conor did everything Lockhart told him to do, because he is a top pro in that respect. But things clearly didn't go as smooth as they would have wished... Floyd got word of this a while back. And his reaction on stage, for me, was quite telling...

    It could be a factor.

I'll put it more bluntly. Dolers in Las Vegas.

    Should be serious questions asked.

In fairness, Mayweather was trying to use race baiting to sell the fight and now Paddy is being needlessly provocative with their "always bet on black", totally playing into the whole race war thing they were trying to get going. Very low brow stuff.

In fairness, that's not why people are outraged.

They're being called traitors and west Brits because they're not backing one of their own. It's sad people are so sensitive about it.

Even saw some suggest they were going to Betsafe, a British company, because of the treasonous bastards. You couldn't write it.

Are the odds actually 11/4 for mayweather ko/TKO?

    Put on 4 win 11?

That would be written as 4/11
They way you have written it, put 4 down to win 11

    He was right.

11/4 is for every 4 you bet, you win 11.

What you've written is the opposite.

Yes I'm not a betting man

4/6 paddy power says so that's stake 6 get 10 back?

Must be the easiest money ever!

Can anybody advise of the time delay suffered when ordering sky box office online via laptop / tablet / phone vs a standard sky dish service.

Some googling would indicate that the time delay is potentially minutes!!

So when Kavanagh posts a pic saying "if he dies, he dies" it's a movie quote and people need to lighten up. But when Paddy Power use a movie quote it's playing into a race war??

Says the man in the other thread who can't wait for McGregor to get disfigured in this fight? Who's the actual savage here? Look to yourself first before talking out yer arse

It's totally different. I'm not criticising Paddy Power either btw. But you do realise you are comparing highly charged politicised thing like race, which is a deadly serious issue right now in America, to a tongue in cheek movie quote?

I know it's in the rules, but what are people's opinions on boxers/fighters essentially being allowed to put as much weight as they like in between the weigh in and the fight? Kind of makes a mockery of the weight classes?
I understand the need to weigh in a day prior to the fight, but why not limit them to say a 5% weight increase or something?

Yeah and my point wasn't aimed at Paddy Power, what they are doing is harmless and I couldn't care less about.

Heard someone mention BBC Live 5, no idea where that is on the dial or if it's digital though.
