More crazy news . Israel threatens a regional war if Iran does not remove it's forces from Syria.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Putin, they will act alone if Iran does not leave Syria.

Iran is already well on its way to controlling Iraq, Yemen and to a large extent is already in practice in control of Lebanon," Mr Netanyahu told Mr Putin.

"We cannot forget for a single minute that Iran threatens every day to annihilate Israel," he said. "Israel opposes Iran's continued entrenchment in Syria. We will be sure to defend ourselves with all means against this and any threat."

Looks like the end time/ Bible war could potentially happen?

You can't trust the Persians. Benjamin is right.

A few years ago Iran started trading their oil for commodities because of sanctions, which meant that they dropped the US dollar for trading oil. Gadaffi did the same in 2011, and Saddam also threatened to drop the dollar in favour of the Euro in 2001.

You can't trust the Persians. Benjamin is right.

It's a big news story in Israel.

Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman warned that Israel will not remain a bystander as Iran creates a new reality in the Middle East.

"Iran, through the Revolutionary Guard, is trying to create a new reality around us with Iranian air and naval bases in Syria, with Shiite militias with thousands of mercenaries and precision weapons being produced in Lebanon,” he said. “The State of Israel does not intend to remain a bystander and accept these attempts.”

If Iran tries to establish a base there, Israel will take it out, they have done so in the past.

A sorry end they met too.

I would hate to see a similar mess made of Iran as has been made of Syria, Libya and Iraq.

Israel has been threatening Iran for decades, sooner or later, they are going to fight. They left it too late for it it to be a short quick war. Now Iran is more powerful, it's allied up with Russia, Iraq and Syria and Lebanon.

I wonder is this the war the monied armament elites have wanted. Plenty of money to be made if the Americans and the Israelis get to start launching high spec weaponry into Iran.

Iran will struggle against isreal in a conventional war ,
Syria are a spent force military and russia has limited forces who are doing the fighting in Syria ,
Isreal has repeatedly shown they will take on multiple combined larger forces and win decisively ,
Then factor in what america will do along with Saudi and a few others who want iran dealth with

Israel struggled during the 2006 war against Hezbollah and lost many battles. They lost over 180 soldiers in just two months. Hezbollah lost 300 to 350 soldiers. Israel would had time winning a war now, against a Shia army that is battle hardened fighting wars in Syria and Iraq.

We have no idea if Iran is going to keep a military presence in Syria? Russia could pressure Iran to remove it's troops to keep the peace? Or it could do nothing? Isreal is a country willing to go it alone if necessary, we do at least know that much, and this a big deal, if Iran does decide FU Israel we not going anywhere?

Israel hasn't the firepower to take on Iran on it's own surely?

I know the yanks would back them but I was just wondering who has the biggest military, Iran or Israel.

It's not biggest that counts it's the ability of it's forces ,iran suffered high casualties in Syria around 10,000+ deaths and almost double amount on the casualties list against poor trained and poorly equipped rebels ,
Israel has always fought against bigger forces and won

The middle east is a basket case. We could argue all day long about who's fault that is but eventually it will lead to WW3. Maybe in reality it's already started but we just don't realise it yet.

The survivors all said it was deliberate attack. It was a cover up. When the survivors, were able to identify the origin of the plane, only then did Israel and America agree to say it was a mistake.

Israeli reconnaissance aircraft repeatedly buzzed the Liberty, and a big America flag was waving! Do you think they going to miss a big a American flag? Do you honestly believe they heard no radio transmissions ( with American accents) and they saw no White American males onboard the ship? It was a false flag they wanted to blame the Arabs.

Poorly equipped? The endless convoys of Toyotas? The TOW missiles? Who fed the jihadists, supplied them with uniforms, money, etc etc ... I could go on and on.

US government spent over $500m on fake Al-Qaeda propaganda videos that tracked location of viewers

A former contractor for a UK-based public relations firm says that the Pentagon paid more than half a billion dollars for the production and dissemination of fake Al-Qaeda videos that portrayed the insurgent group in a negative light.

The Bureau of Investigative Journalism reported that the PR firm, Bell Pottinger, worked alongside top US military officials at Camp Victory in Baghdad at the height of the Iraq War. The agency was tasked with crafting TV segments in the style of unbiased Arabic news reports, videos of Al-Qaeda bombings that appeared to be filmed by insurgents, and anti-insurgent commercials – and those who watched the videos could be tracked by US forces.

Israel will whopp Iran if they wanted to. Far superior armed forces and weapons.

This isnt Iraq were talking about. Any attack on Iran will lead to massive casualties in Israel and on mainland America where the Iranians have plenty of nationals that will want to exact revenge. There will be marshall law in Los Angelos within days if they strike Iran.

Very true the Israeli's have well and truely infiltrated Congress. Think Benjamin Netanyahoo got something like 34 standing ovations when he made his speech there a few years back. Sickening to watch.

In some of those wars if it wasn't for American backing they would have lost. Despite Russia's alliance with Syria they privately give their approval for Israel to carry out attacks inside Syria provided no Russian are caught up in it. Russia and Israel have good relations. Russia won't go to war with Israel. Bibi is likely stoking the fire to deflect from his problems domestically.

So supposedly allegedly according to one person ,
The pentagon supposedly had a private company make video/s to make a Terrorist organisation look bad ,

But why would they need to make a Terrorist organisation look bad ,like read that part back out loud they hired a PR firm to make a Terrorist organisation look bad ,

from Russia controversy, Charlottesville controversy, low opinion poll ratings, lack of support for his agenda in Congress (even from his own political party, the Republicans).... etc. etc.

Iran awaits more crude oil cargoes to officially resume Caspian oil swap deal soon

    Tehran (Platts)--21 Aug 2017 933 am EDT/1333 GMT

Iran is set to receive another nine crude oil cargoes as part of a Caspian oil swap deal which is due to officially resume soon, and could also start its planned oil-for-goods deal with Russia by early October, government officials said on Saturday.

recently, several more countries have agreed to participate in swapping goods for oil with Iran, including Russia. This could lead to contagion and result in a dollar crash and the possible end of the petro-dollar.

Already, people in Venezuela have turned to the Bitcoin because of hyperinflation.
