In some of those wars if it wasn't for American backing they would have lost. Despite Russia's alliance with Syria they privately give their approval for Israel to carry out attacks inside Syria provided no Russian are caught up in it. Russia and Israel have good relations. Russia won't go to war with Israel. Bibi is likely stoking the fire to deflect from his problems domestically.

Israel won't go to war with Iran. America and Russia won't allow either side to. America have their hands full with a resurgent Taliban and the remnants of ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
