Watched GoT. Couldn't handle the spoiler risk. Pretty good quality version so happy enough I didn't ruin my enjoyment of it.

Tried to then read some discussion on reddit, but apparently the people who have read the script outline are considered at the same level of spoiled as the people who have watched the leak episode. So it was a minefield of further spoilers. Ffs.

Yes I was in the exact same boat with that asoif subreddit thread. Literally the first post I read indicated that there were further spoilers relating to the script layout so I stopped instantly and closed the tab.

I'll wait for the main GOT subreddit to catch up on Monday before I go near it again.

    And now our wait begins.

  • Feck it going to watch it tonight.

I've read the spoilers outline but not watched it as I want to see it in good quality.

The quality of the one I had was perfect so there do seem to be good quality ones out there

Yeah same. I said 7/10 because 10/10 would be 1080 high definition. Similarly the Audio was recorded audio so I thought 5/10 was fair but 10/10 would be multi channel surround sound.

I'm in no way disappointed that I didn't wait, the viewing experience was absolutely fine but I'll definitely get a high definition version and re-watch because it was a cracking episode.

I think I'm going to have to watch it. I'll be in Ireland on Monday with no real internet.

I'm pretty convinced I can tell what hemisphere someone is from by the shape of their face. Maybe the beer

God dammit, is it all a wind up or are there non-fakes out there?

The one I watched definitely didn't seem like a fake

The one I watched was perfect resolution, audio a bit quality.

Caved when I saw Showbox telling me there was a new episode. Picture was perfect, audio was very good quality but maybe a bit out of sync near the start but not enough to annoy you and I'm very touchy with that stuff ... And I have no one to talk about it with until Monday ... s**t

Actually since ak has seen it I think he should ban awec until 10 pm Monday and let those of us sensible enough to watch it it discuss it freely, behind spoiler tags :pac:

    I'll cut you!!

  • I downloaded it last night and started watching it but after about 60 seconds I gave up. The quality was ****e compared to the glorious HD you get when watching it on Sky Atlantic. I'll survive until Monday.

The jurors responses when being asked if they could be impartial in the Martin Shkreli case are brilliant, my particular favourite is the last one

NFL folk, I took the Jets to go 0-16 at 20/1 on PP. If you look at their schedule I think there's a very good chance they'll go winless. Their offseason moves scream they are looking to get a high draft pick in 2018. They play the AFC West and NFC South this year which are both strong conferences.

    Thoughts..Buer? Podge? IBF?

I'd be surprised. Don't get me wrong, they're dogsh*t. They're my team and they stink.

But they've a solid defence and went strong on the defence again in the draft taking some top secondary players. They don't have a handy schedule but they have some very winnable games in there. They've real trouble with the ball but they keep teams to low scores due to their defence.

They'll face the Bills (beat them twice last season), Jags (possibly even worse than the Jets) and Chargers at home. I'd be surprised if they don't win one of them. They could easily win all of those, in fact.

Winless seasons are as rare as hen's teeth. It has happened once in the past 35 years.

It takes a lot to go winless in the NFL and any team that plays both the Browns and the Jags has a chance.

That being said, they are clearly not trying to win this season. 20/1 is fair historically, but I think they are underestimating how awful the Jets could be this year. I think its a good bet.

The Jags will still be in the hunt when they play them in Week 4 so I hope they'll turn up. Bortles seems to be a disaster though but they've picked up some good free agents like Calais Campbell and Bouye.

The Bills are a good candidate to wreck the bet as they're tanking the season too. Still they have LeSean McCoy who's a good RB.

To be honest, I'd be looking for at least 30/1 on it happening before I'd be considering it. The Lions did it in 2008. No other team has had a winless 16 game season ever. The next closest was the Buccs who went 0-14 and that was in their debut season over 40 years ago.

You know when the Browns didn't do it, it's gonna be quite improbable! Just takes one mediocre team to play like crap and there are plenty of them in the Jets schedule.

You can't really expect the Jets to actually manage to tank all the way to 0-16.

I can't see them doing any worse than 2-14 with the schedule they have.

Just need to get rid of ole Jared and the whole original deck will be gone (/recused from Russian investigations).

I appear to have bruised/ inflamed my coccyx sailing (one of the boats im on has me sutting in front of a cleat which nicely jams against my lower back)

I remember someone on here damaging the same area and am wondering how long it took to heal up?

I'm not sure, but if we're talking about pains in the hole, better ask IBF, he's the expert
