Tom Hardy - Most of his dialogue in films is unintelligible and his films are very overrated IMO, yet people are crazy over him. I just don't like him.

Tom Hardy has the formula for the "actor of his generation" spiel down perfectly:
    1. Wear masks or heavy makeup in many of your films so people think you're not just a pretty face
    2. Grunt your dialogue incoherently, or use an OTT accent, as some kind of method acting statement
    3. Lose or gain lots of muscle/weight for your parts so it looks like you are really dedicated to your craft

He managed all of the above in that batman film he steroidally screeched his way through, while wearing a mask, to predictable acclaim from the critics.

He has also made sure he ticks all the "how to be popular in modern Britain" boxes (former drink/drugs habit, loves dogs and disabled people, patron of a cancer charity etc.).

He may be genuine of course, but he may not be.

Julia Stiles from "10 Things I Hate About You" and "Mona Lisa Smile"
It's totally irrational but I can't bear her.

I haaaaate Julia Stiles and no I can't explain why. Punchable face maybe?

I remember back in the late 90's/early 2000's her and Reese Witherspoon were being tipped to be the next female megastars. I always suspected only one of them would make it as they look somewhat alike, and acted in similar roles. Reese went down the comedy route and made a career out of it, while Julia seems to have been left behind.

I love Jack Black, but I can totally see why people might hate him.

He does the 'agreeable for the daytime tv audience' act a bit too well alright.

    Eoin McLove syndrome.

If he has the opportunity, and he isn't, then it's even more of a reason to be suspicious of him.

James Corden - A self obsessed, ego centric, arrogant, painfully unfunny (but thinks he's hilarious) sack of utter ****.
Lewis Hamilton - Comes across as the opposite of being 'real'.
Tom Hardy - Most of his dialogue in films is unintelligible and his films are very overrated IMO, yet people are crazy over him. I just don't like him.
Kim Kardashian - No words needed.

Nothing inexplicable about most of those choices.

Julia Stiles...plays the same character in every role..unable to smile..masculine monotone voice..quite a limited actress IMHO

Most people in the Irish media would be my answer. A crowd of self serving talentless tossers earning a fortune for promoting each other and their cronies.
