Glad you enjoyed the weekend. She's looking great. I had a quick peek when I was down for the cat event last Friday week.

Great day out filming a documentary about the boat with Julia Bradbury, she is doing a program on projects done for under £10.000 that should start in september.

All done, time to relax as it was a bit nerve wracking backing in with cameras and gopro's everywhere just waiting to catch me hitting the wall or another boat :) Luckily all went well "no camera men were harmed in the making of this documentary :)

If that was an RTE production, no crew would be allowed on board without a life jacket and absolutely no one would be on camera without one.

It's the same with productions like Vikings. The crews cannot go onto the pontoons to board the boats without a lifejacket. Then they are hidden under the seats, the cameras roll and people get shot with arrows and fall overboard etc

I'm very well aware of the law regarding life jackets in Ireland.

    What's your point?

Another bit of work fitting an all in one air-con - heater - dehumidifier from a camper van, seems to be working great.

That's a thought for a new thread, devoted to your best/favourite boaty pics. No discussion, just a pic and some background or details. Bring them on........

But what will you do without a project to keep you occupied during winter?

I think the boat at 4:48 would be a good new project. Big enough for all the family and enough shiny chrome and horsepower to fill a man's hart
