Grand. That doesn't change the fact that your posts scream dismay about POM being ditched.

Not a bit...the only one screaming is you...
I would happily have all Munster players at home right now....I'm in a minority and I accept that...

    POM isn't tour Captain
POM has no reason to big himself up in the press
    POM's ego wasn't hurt
    POM has class.

    Here endeth the lesson

Yes, you're obviously not over-sensitive at all about POM being dropped for Warburton :pac:!

Where is the context for Warburton's quote that suggests he believes the team lacked bravery in the first test?

Someone asked him if he thought POM was a sissy.

    He said yes.

Saying that he needs to be brave in absolutely no way whatsoever means any team he has been involved with in the history of the universe were not brave. It's flawed logic.

Just like saying "we need to make our tackles this week" doesn't mean they didn't make them last week or any week before.

This can be broken down further if necessary.

If you're so good at the breakdown, why aren't you in NZ?

Which has nothing to do with warburtons mundane cliche ridden quotes.

His selection shows two things, that he will always pick Jones/Warbs his Welsh boys*

    * On the bench (Warburton, Halfpenny). Or not at all (North). <--- I must've missed this part of your post.

Long story short, Warburton, Halfpenny and North were perceived as guaranteed starters last week. But still some people cry about his Welsh bias.

I never mentioned North in the context of test squad buddy, Warburton and HP were both selected because they are Welsh on the bench, everyone agreed neither offered any sort of impact.
And this proved to be the case.
Jones was selected twice over better players and prove last week and will again this week hes only in the team because of his history with Gats.
Continue being blind if you want

HP is not on the bench, there is none so blind as those who will not see.

Whether you mentioned North or not is not the slightest bit relevant. He's Welsh and he didn't make the test squad. This quite clearly contradicts the point you're trying/failing to make.

Can we not leave all the recriminations and back biting until after the Lions lose the 2nd Test or how will we manage to fill the Match Day thread? :D

So you missed him in the first test, you seem to miss a lot, explains a lot what youre thinking

Tips is Welsh, selecting Welsh players over better players it doesnt matter which ones is bias.

And we're back to the start again, you declaring player X better than player Y doesn't make it so. You're as biased as the day is long, there's a very hollow ring to your complaints.

So what you're saying is that Halfpenny being on the bench in the first test proved your point. But him not being selected in the second test does not disprove your point.

Have you ever heard of the falsification principle?

    Biased  everyone is biased
So ya like I said earlier which everyone ignored. Wales totally deserved 15 players on tour. They did just dominate the six nations :pac:
Oh wait no they didnt they were terrible.
And no one has had a proper argument as to why Warburton or HP were on the bench. Because there is none they are there because they are welsh
So ya my complaints are hollow, but you have nothing at all just nonsense

The fact he was selected on the bench at all proves my point. Its not my fault you would rather follow Gats blindly. Ill continue cheering on the All Blacks due to my disgust of this man in charge and will look forward to a proper coach in South Africa

So the fact he isn't on the bench now still proves your point? Ya haven't a clue pal. As for your point about Tipuric not being selected, it's simple, that all blacks back row would destroy him physically.

I don't agree, so not everyone. I thought Warburton had a pretty decent impact. Murray Kinsella thought he had a decent impact in his analysis as well.

On the flipside, I don't really remember Maro 'Impact' Itoje changing the game last weekend.

I don't think anyone really believes Gatland has picked Warburton because of Welsh bias. I don't think "irishman86" even believes it.

He had a solid impact. Without forensically going through his time on the field, I recall that he stole a line out when NZ kicked to the corner and made one shuddering hit coming off his own line to kill an attack behind the gain line.

Clearly I have more a clue than some of the posters on here, blindly following the Lions just because

Its a pity you cannot put together a coherent argument tho. You have it decided gatland picked the team on bias and wont look at the overall picture.

Just like I blindly follow Leinster just because. Just like I blindly follow Ireland just because.

What a bizarre thing to say.
