This is so wonderful to see! Nintendo did a wonderful thing considering its inclusion.

Could anyone point me in the direction of where to get a retropie with everything on it?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was Nintendo of Europe that pushed for it. They are developing the emulation for the mini consoles and have been far more progressive than NoA lately what with releasing games in Europe that NoA don't get and handling the localisations of them. Pretty sure if NoE didn't localise the likes of the Xenolades games we wouldn't have gotten them at all.

I'm over in Amsterdam for a few days with my buddy and we stumbled upon this arcade, the Ton Ton Club
    peatQ8p.jpg
The coin slot doubles as a letterbox
    NTLBlU1.jpg
Metal slug 2 on an astro city cab
    CYbKurO.jpg
Sega rally. On the high score list Poo was taken but thankfully Ass is still up for grabs
If I'm back there tomorrow I'll get a few pictures of the pinball tables if anybody is interested. Few more cabs there too, time crisis mortal kombat, street fighter 2 etc

I've been there a few times, my best friend lives there and brought me a few times. They did a summer event in a warehouse, there's photos on Arcade and Retro podcast page. They had like giant jenga, lots of pinball and dance machines. Great fun.
Keep an eye on their page, it's definitely worth going if they do it again.

I think they've a new place now. I was only in the RLD one since its so easy to get to. There's one (Simpson's cab) in Token I think. We played it the full way at a beers on Mame and I just had enough of it forever :pac:

what's the simplest all in one arcade machine for a man cave just to muck around with?
so no soldering or glue gunning but I could use a monitor if it is just a board with joysticks and buttons?

If you've the space a classic upright cabinet with a 60in1 board should set you back no more than €300/400 will provide hours/weeks/years of entertainment.
And you can upgrade the machine later, if you want to.

Not sure if its worth full price but I'm having lots of fun with it. It could do with more tracks though.

But you want it all :D

I've been through that kind of thing a few times end result tends to be selling stuff, items are gone and so is the cash I got for them

Yup, I've always had a 'policy' of not just spending/wasting any cash raised from retro sales...it always goes towards something else I'd like but otherwise wouldn't have. Truth is though, without putting cash back into the collection, I'm genuinely unsure of what to buy. I'm considering a rift and steering while driving sim setup...
