You keep saying they can't be deported but you've failed to provide a valid reason why.
    .

You can't deport British born citizens. How could you?
There's no criminals being sent to Australia anymore.......

    Then lock them up.

I'm sorry but repeatedly saying 'it's not possible to do x because of y' just doesn't cut it when innocent people being maimed and killed every other week.

What do you suggest we do since clearly know better than the rest of us?

The part in bold is bullsh*t.

Its important to pull people up on this, cos this is the cr@p that begins to "become true".

    F*ck that.

Stop spreading lies, back up your statements with evidence, and avoid hyperbole.

There's been 8 terrorist attacks on UK soil since 2005.

    8.

Not exactly, " every other week"

Also. There's been 2 right wing terrorist attacks. But I didn't include them as the like of you probably don't consider them terrorist attacks as the perpetrator's weren't Muslim.

I'm beginning to think you and Dean simply want to bury your heads in the sand and ignore the situation rather than deal with it.

I'm sure you can figure out why deporting natural born citizens isn't a realistic option.

It is the people who come up with pie in the sky ideas like that who are burying their heads in the sand.

I see the apologists are up early this morning!
Glad the Police followeda "Shoot to kill" policy last night I would now arrest family and friends and if all three prayed at the same CHURCH I would close it down and demolish it also investigate all who attended!

Would you do the same for the lads who were found with 6kg of semtex the other day?

Ok fine, in that case then they need to be locked up.

These people are dangerous. We can't keep making excuses not to deal with them.

Islamic extremists who are known and on a watch list. Round them up. Into a camp with a Hitler type figure and let him gas the *****

    Banned.

It stops them going to Syria, Saudi Arabia etc to be trained as terrorists. You should really try to open your mind.

It isn't going to stop them becoming terrorists though. You don't need to go to Syria to learn how to drive a van through a crowd.

While they can not be deported they can be excluded from returning to the UK from places like Syria, under a temporary exclusion order.

Only 8 attacks, well that's ok then.

Jesus I worry about some of the posters here sometimes, I really do.

BBC news reported it was just eight minutes between the first call and when the MET shot the assailants. Pretty impressive.

    It's seriously impressive.

Well done to all involved for the quick response.

Police are arresting people in terrorist charges almost everyday - the point is the scale of the problem is massive and requires a proportionate response.

I can understand why you would interrogate friends and family but destroying a mosque won't achieve anything!! It would probably make matters worse actually

So how do we deal with them then? You're clearly more enlightened than I so perhaps you can give us the solution.

    Deport them to where???

You revoke citizenship, who do they belong to?

    Should they get a trial?

What happens if the wrong name gets put in the list?

Just to note, hitler himself never gassed anyone so him running this camp probably isn't a good shout.

Your talking out the wrong hole there M8, you know well enough that the lads caught with the semitex never attended mass like the Muslim scum who carry out attacks across Europe and believe so much that Allah will give them loads of virgins in their version of heaven that they think it's fine to die!
    So stop trying to deflect!

Yet there's been 3 linked to ISIS in the past 10 weeks alone in the UK.

Shame we don't get to see the foiled or plotted attacks for a more accurate assessment.

What terror alert level is the UK on again?

You said removing citizenship won't achieve anything. I pointed out it does. Can you not acknowledge you are wrong? If going to these places does not make them more effective terrorists then why go?

    How many more times?!

Send them back to one of the many conservative Muslim countries in the Middle East they are so determined to belong to.

The poster was responding to the "every other week claim" and his facts are correct. 8 terrorist attacks in 13 years. Are you criticising the poster for not being hysterical?

Let's not panic. The IRA did much worse.

Is 8 attacks since 2005 "every other week"?

Why are you trying to play down the severity of the situation?

Ok it's not every other week but it's still happening far too often.

You could use that. You could also bring in internment. You could bring in emergency powers to put suspects under house arrest.

I'm open to discussing the merits and demerits of any of these ideas.
But deporting natural born subjects/citizens is a stupid non starter of an idea.

No, I'm criticising what looked to me like an attempt to play down what's happening.

Perhaps I took the poster wrong.

At least that was a close proximity war. What the fook is this?

The Mosque is just a church. It's the leader in there that needs looking at. He may actually be innocent. For all you know, it is from the web he was radicalised.

But, I do think the Israeli way of dealing with these scum is the way to go. Dump his family on the street and level the house. It shows there are consequences for your family in your death. It won't stop all of them but it might slow it down.

There is a distinct lack of outrage from the UK Muslim society. They need to be more vocal to show that is not how to behave. You cannot have your religion in a western society and think the world will return to a 7th century existence on your beliefs.
