Emma and Liam are the only acceptable ones in that photo. The rest sound like colours of paint you'd get at B&Q or minor airports in the Nevada/New Mexico area.

Sometimes spelled Laoise, or pronounced as Laveesha.

People love throwing redundant letters into Irish names to make them more obnoxious. Laoise is a beautiful name, spelling it like "Laoghaise/Laobhaise" is ridiculous.

Other similar examples are:

Caoilfhionn -> Caoilinn
Maedbh -> Maebh
Caoimhseach -> I don't know any other version of this but I just thought I'd throw it in there cos I hate it :pac:

And before any Gaelgeoirs attack me, I know some of the above are the more traditional spellings, but that doesn't mean I can't complain about them
