What article? You provided a screenshot of a photo and some text.
If it's an actual article with interviews then it can at least be partially verifiable. We'd know the witness was probably there and is probably right. I say probably because there's always the chance they were lying about witnessing the attack or are just mistaken (but there's no chance of them being some random person on the internet who's sitting at home and is making sh1t up)

At least two people have died after a man mowed down pedestrians outside the Houses of Parliament and stabbed a policeman before being shot by armed officers.

Scotland Yard said the attack in Westminster was being treated “as a terrorist incident until we know otherwise”.

The attacker mowed down several pedestrians as he drove a grey Hyundai i40 across Westminster Bridge before crashing it into railings then running through the gates of the Palace of Westminster and stabbing the officer.
Eyewitnesses said he was shot at least three times by police as he approached a second officer clutching his knife.

Everybody seems to be reluctant to commit to the fact that this was an Asian person.

No such reluctance in commiting to the fact that it was a male. Perhaps this person identifies as female but chooses to look like a male.

Shame on us for assuming this was a man based on eyewitness accounts. Very un-PC of us.
