    Fastway is a total cowboy operation. I feel sorry for anyone that's unfortunate to own a franchise with them, it's set up against you from the start.

    And customers, God help ya. If the company doesn't give two ****s about its franchisees youve no hope.

    im hoping to ship two 23kg boxes from alicante area in Spain to dublin n from mid-late august... (it could likewise be picked up from Valencia and be dropped to ANY part of ireland) can someone PLEASE suggest the cheapest & most reliable way of getting this courier delivery

    waiting since thursday for a parcell, its now sat. needed it for tonight.contacted driver on thursday, he said it was in his van, he "might drop it today" never arrived,still now waiting here on the saturday morning. Also they are grumpy and have an ignorant attitude when you question them.

    TYPICAL SCENARIO OF A--
    VICTIM OF THEIR OWN SUCCESS, It got them so cocky, now they are treating the people that supported them when it was a small outfit like ****e.. NEVER USE THESE COURIERS..BE WARNED.

    Cheap is cheap for a reason. Can't believe a big company like Littlewoods use them as the complaints must be off the scale. Complaining is futile

    Ordered some clothes from sports direct 2 weeks ago.I was always getting delivery with DHL from sports direct but this time for some reason they used FASTWAY .Tracking nr didn't work since day 1.I couldn't get through depot nor the driver who left note through letterbox with his mobile.At the end fastway returned my parcel to sports direct because the couldn't delivered .WTF?Luckly got full refund from SD but I sent them email that I wont be using them again if they will be using fastaway.SD using BARLIN delivery so fast way must get contract with SD wich will be disaster

    About fastway parcel connect service where they deliver to shops and you collect it there, most of the shops don't even know they are signed up to it, I kid you not! I rang up the shop and they did not have a clue what I was on about, the woman told me they don't even deal with Fastway. Another shop I was successful in getting my parcel the first time didn't scan anything, did not ask for any ID, nothing, total disaster, its 50/50 whether you will receive your stuff.

    I have never seen 3 parcels I ordered (after my first successful time) online, they do not respond to emails!!

    Stick with the much trusted Parcel motel and An Post Address Pal.

    I had used them previous, similar to the last poster and gave up on them. Ordered something from Ebay and clicked on the wrong address in paypal which was linked to Parcel Connect. Package was delivered on Monday morning by Royal Mail and signed for with a squiggle and printed "Fastways". Anyway I received no notifications from them and rang up this morning, absolute terrible customer care, as far as they were concerned they never received it. Got to the bottom of it, Royal Mail throw their deliveries into a security hutch on the way into the industrial estate because of some sort of security pass issue and don't actually deliver down to the yard. Anyway Parcel Connect know about it, I would say its some sort of an arrangement they have but of course they put the blame on Royal Mail. Now the parcel is missing and they don't want to know and say blame is with Royal Mail because they stopped delivering to actual address. Got a bit heated "I described their business has half arsed and the agent, said stuff about that won't be the end of it, agent (manager in fact) replied "you can ring the queen for all I care"

    I have now contacted the seller onus is probably on him because according to them it was delivered to wrong address, anyway delete their address from any accounts you might have used with them. Nasty lot up there and they won't to know, issue blame on everyone else, take no responsibility, avoid with large barge pole.

    My son ordered something on Amazon last week & a very polite driver from Fastway rang me Tuesday looking for directions to my house & he was very nice & pleasant when he arrived. I guess I was very lucky. Expecting another item from Amazon, due for delivery next Tuesday so fingers crossed its this same driver.

    I placed order on 24 Oct and still waiting. Obviously have asked littlewoods for refund at this stage but its a total joke. Id say the driver must have lost the package at this stage - official line is address query even thou hes delivered here before and has my mobile. Seriously putting me off ordering anything else from littlewoods.

    I ordered off sports direct last week and still haven't received my package from this crowd which I need to for the weekend as a present. When I track my order it says it has left their depot 3 days in a row and returned there in the evening but I'm at home all day and never received it, a phone call or anything. Does anyone know the best way to get through to them as online queries seem to get me nowhere.

    Mine has been the exact same situation with it leaving the depot 4 times and not being delivered. For the last two days in I rang the courier and asked about my delivery and both times now he said he would deliver to the house no bother and never showed up, he just straight up lied. :mad:

    Ordered an item from Littlewoods it was delivered to a fastway hub according to the track and trace facility on 22nd November, neither fastway or Littlewoods can locate it am currently waiting for word on a refund, had used the facility to collect at a local store previously the parcel wasn't scanned so I received no notification it had been delivered I just happened to be in the shop and the assistant remembered there was a parcel sitting there for days and handed it out to me. Awful service was so disappointed to see Amazon using them now also.

    Here's my story: bought my daughters ^guy in white beard^ present off Littlewoods.ie on the 25th Nov. As of today it still hasn't arrived. They have emailed me every day promising me that "yeah apologies well deliver it tomorrow!"

    I drove down to their depo today, and what a mess of a place it is!! The boss said he'd get someone to look for it.......2 hours later and still no sign of it. "Apologies well deliver it tomorrow "
    What am I going to do ?!!! Fairly pissed off as you can imagine!

    Got a laptop delivered on Tuesday from these and believe it or not the courier left it leaning against the front door. Luckily enough ive got decent neighbours and they took the package in until i arrived home from work. Seriously who just leaves a laptop at a properties front door without a signature. They didnt even leave a note in the letterbox to say they'd been there.

    I got in touch with them eventually on 3 different days.. it was a personalised birthday card for my girlfriend who's birthday has now passed..
    I'm absolutely disgusted with them.. they kept telling me it would be delivered tomorrow..
    I don't understand why companies use fastway.. and clearly fastway need to change there name

    I'm having a problem trying to get a delivery done by fastway, I am trying to ring them for the last week, no reply, I've sent them numourus emails,
    In each email reply, they keep on saying, that delivery is maked for tommorrow, the following day no delivery, I've already lost work time over this.

    anybody else ever have any issues with this shower???

    Edit: now reading all the problem posts about this company, wonder will my son have his computer chair before Sunday??

    Must avoid buying from amazoni future.

    Same problem here, Parcel sitting in their Warehouse or hub since the 13th. When ring them & eventually get thru just told lies -'It's on the van' 'it'll be delivered tomorrow'.

    I've decided it's not coming and am making last minute plans to panic buy presents on 24th & will return the items when they eventually arrive. And let the online site know the reason for returning was the courier not delivering on time. Or what ever excuse needed to get a refund.

    whereabouts are you based? its a mixed bag depending where you are. In Kildare I find they are great. But Waterford was just bizarre. Package lost, and no contact from driver. rang HQ and they tried for days and came back to me saying sorry, they cant get in touch with him either...

    I switched to using Parcel Motel for anything at all I ordered from Amazon just to avoid Fastway. For me Fastway had a 100% record for misdirecting parcels and 'customer service' consisted of a large list of non-working email addresses for each of the depots.

    It's probably no accident that my phone autocorrects Fastway to Castaway!

    Not the best either. I remember getting a text that delivery was attempted. I called and they said he rang the doorbell and there was no answer so he left. I was sitting at the window of my place all morning. No one came near the place. After kicking up a fuss he came back and said he rang the doorbell and no answer.     i have a parcel with them that they keep saying needs more information, took a week to answer the phone gave them the proper addrss(the parcel has one extra line and my phone number so it would have been easy to contact me) then it went to delivery the next day for 3 days and now back to need more information, im just going to let amazon deal with it from now cause they and i-parcel suck donkeys
