Do Oneplus ship from China or a European warehouse? Thinking about getting the 3t but not if theres a chance of import duty on top of price.

    They ship from inside Europe.

No update available on mine. Even used SNap VPN using Germany, Netherlands, France, US, and UK to try update

    Hi all,

Have a query with zoomed images in whatsapp when trying to set a profile pic. Same thing happens in snapchat when using a gallery image to send.

I'm on the latest oos and am rooted. My dpi was set at 420 and have managed to finally figure out how to change it in the build.prop to 480 and 400 and no difference.
I installed xposed and tried setting app to use 480 dpi and no change.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks

    Gar

Getting a new phone in the next week, I am jumping ship from the iPhone for the first time to Android. I am trying to decide between Oneplus 3T or the S7 Edge. Both phones look good and have great specs with the S7 Edge being €200 + more expensive, but is it worth it?

Yeah say it's going to take a week or two to get used to Android alright, I have been using iPhone's since the iPhone 4. I want a change so I'll have to decide over the next week which one to go for.

Tempted to get the 3T. For those who went from the Oneplus One to the 3, was it much of an upgrade? Worth it?

The Pixel is as close to the iOS experience as anyone moving from an iPhone would want I think, but OnePlus and HTC deliver great versions too that are just a little bit more customised than stock. Sadly the Pixel is unavailable in Ireland (I got mine up North) and defeats the purpose of why most iPhone users move - because it's just as expensive as the iPhone.

Can't really go wrong with the OP3T in that regard.

Someone mentioned here it goes on sale tonight at 12.01. I've searched and can't find a definite time, is it worth staying up for? Would that time be fairly accurate?

why would O2 go to the bother of selling phones that can immediately be used with a rival carriers sim...?

It's more expensive to buy from them than direct from OnePlus, but as I understand you could walk into a shop tomorrow and pick one up.

And walk back out and stick a sim in it from any of their competitors....

Yes. They get the few quid from the sales. They are they only shop selling them.
    The options...
Get a few quid from the sales,
Let another shop get the money from sales
Let One plus get the all the money.

Will the 3T sell out quickly does anyone know? I would imagine the demand will be quite high.

I think the 64gb is still available for immediate shipping in the US so either demand is lower or supply higher?? 128gb is "coming soon" though
