I do not agree he is a 2nd round guy. There is always an injury concern there. I would be worried about even keeping him to be honest. Plus, if you are going the championship then I am going to try and hold you to a kings ransom for it to see how much you want it. Rather than just give up guys who may be keepers for me to gain an extra draft pick in the 8th round or something.

That's perfectly fair alright. Although Gronk is hardly the healthiest man in the league either. Watkins has great playoff matchups so I'm pretty happy to hang on to him and see how it goes. Kids got all the skills, just need a healthy run. I'd be keen on Williams but would just be a player plus mid-late round shuffling of picks in my eyes. Sure see what ya get offered anyways by the rest of the championship chasers :)

Williams' schedule is absolutely fantastic for the rest of the season! Definitely worth a lot! Look at his last 6 games and take out the two Denver games, he has an average of 16 points.

Whoever is gm needs to keep track of trades for picks for next year so that they can be sorted out. I don't know if the site does it automatically. Anyone know?

I played Cookie's Cowboys last week, he had 3 players on bye. I checked, he hasn't changed his team all year, most weeks he has had someone on bye or injured.

Probably too late to do anything now, but don't think he should play next year - even if he wanted to, which is doubtful.

Yeah we'll have him gone next year.

Trade deadline seems to be this friday lads, 25th November! Last chance to get those trades out there :) Good few teams open for business as mentioned above, including 2 Gurleys 1 Cup :P

Doesn't seem to be too many willing to discuss trades.

I seem to have acquired too many WR's haha, if anyone is looking... Would probably part with Hopkins or Marshall (along with Brate, Green, Cook, Starks)...

Would like to upgrade at TE, RB2 or QB maybe... Anyone in need of a WR?

Anyone interested in AP for a 5th round pick?

I'll hold him as a keeper for next season, but with his injury history I'd be willing to let him go for the highest tradeable draft pick instead.

Wtf sort of insanity is this trade?

Seth Roberts and a 5th and 6th for

Doug Martin, Kelvin Benjamin and a 12th and 13th.

This is off the wall and shouldn't be allowed happen. It ridiculously one-sided.

I think everybody should vote against this trade.

Quick question.....I accepted a trade today where I traded away Jamison Crowder. He plays tomorrow on Thanksgiving.

Can I start Crowder this week and keep his points? He will disappear from my roster on Friday as the trade will be processed in 2 days.

It's up to you... I think if you start him, the trade gets pushed back till next tuesday. If you bench him, the trade happens on Saturday. I'm the one you traded with, pleasure doing business :)

What is wrong with it? My season is done, I need picks for next year. This happens every year, happens in the NFL too. That is why we have a trade deadline. Remember a 5th and 6th is like a 1st and 2nd round pick after the keepers.

This is pretty annoying cos the trade doesn't go through straight away. So yeah you can start him and the trade gets pushed back to Tuesday. If you are better off with the other guy this week then don't start him and you will have the other guy to start Sunday (I think).

Martin is a keeper, he is a first rounder and Benjamin isn't far off that either. You'd want to be getting all his picks for this to be close to fair.

But I have other guys I can keep too and I think being able to keep them and get an extra pick is great.

Not sure what's going on here, but Martin is definitely not a 1st rounder and Benjamin isn't a keeper either. The guy hasn't had double digits since like week 3??

I think both are debatable but I drafted both guys and I was absolutely delighted but as you said Benjamin has under-performed and Martin has been injured and even when he did play he didn't look fantastic.

Trade seems a little unbalanced, but there doesn't seem to be collusion involved or anything sinister. I think vetos should be reserved for trades where there is obviously something fishy.

I don't think it is our job to protect people from making what we think are bad trades. If the two guys are happy with it, let them go ahead.

I dont have a problem with the Martin/Benjamin trade, neither is a guaranteed keeper and he's getting high draft picks in return.

I do see a problem with the below though:

Steel City: Allen Hurns + 9th round pick
    vs
Dundalk: Taylor Gabriel + 15th round pick

This seems completely one sided to me.

Agreed... I wouldn't even add Hurns for free at this stage

I can't work out which way the trade is unfair. I think I am getting a steal taking a 9th round pick for Gabriel.

Just so they are recorded here, the draft picks traded for next year are as follows:

Dundalk Oriels receive Steel City Celtic's Round 9 pick
Steel City Celtic receive Dundalk Oriels Round 15 pick

Dundalk Oriels receive P-Town Pier Sixers Round 5 pick
P-Town Pier Sixers receive Dundalk Oriels Round 15 pick

Dundalk Oriels receive Westbest's Round 5, Round 6 picks
Westbest receive Dundalk Oriels Round 12, Round 13 picks

Oh Look An Eagle receive 2 Gurleys 1 Cup Round 12 pick
2 Gurleys 1 Cup receive Oh Look An Eagle's Round 14 pick

I notice that Dundalk Oriels has traded away their 15th round pick twice?

Yeah myself and one of the guys tried to notify the GM before it happened as we weren't sure it would go through. But it did. So I guess you can edit that to give P-Town Pier Sixers my 14th round pick.

Well I'm finally out of my misery for the year.

I was really cursed with RB's this season, AP on IR, Forsett dropped by Ravens, Ivory mixed up with mystery illness....

It wasn't even contained to the keeper league.
My boards league and Forsett (dropped), Abdullah (IR), Chris Johnson (IR), Denard Robinson (missed 8 weeks).

So - are we resurrecting this league again?
    Has anyone dropped out?

Are we drafting early? I'm on holidays for the first 3 weeks of August so anytime before that would suit. Will there be a poll?

Can't imagine we will be drafting before August. I would say towards the last few weeks of preseason.
