450h has radar cruise control plus 18" Wheels and normally comes with Nav.

And 100 odd extra horses with minimal inpact on mpg. No rev counter, but it has a needle which shows how much "POWER!!!!!!" you use, there is nothing I don't like I about this car. :D

He is a yank or an Irish american I believe. Seems to get majority of his cars from Hogan in Galway.

you could just check lexus.ie and look at the current price as an indicator...

    About 120k. S500 Merc money

You guys missed a 2007 LS460 going for 6k last week. They're starting to get mad cheap now, and the one that's priced at 8,500 has been sitting there for an age.

They're not without their faults though - definitely less reliable than the ls430, and way less reliable than the ls400 so buyer beware.

70k is mid range Jaguar S / BMW 5 / Mercedes E kinda money. Nothing special. Only barely making it into this thread :p

Flagships more like 120k-150k and then we aren't even talking very high end ones (760 / S600 etc.) with plenty of options ticked...

Here are the prices of all new cars since 2004

Good reading that. 2005 740Li was €123,600, about €15,000 in options, delivery, change of wheels and tyres, less discount, about €140,000. Thanks original owner!

I know the S8 fully loaded is about 30K cheaper!

Just looking at those prices my Lexus was 70K in 2005.

I actually know the man who owned this, he had it from 09 and it would be serviced on the button and well maintained.

That's an awful ad. Cheap though if the engine mount is all it needs

Doubt it. Engine mount is easily sorted and the seller would just do it if it was it.

May well be an unsolved engine issue that's causing a rough idle/vibration that's being passed off as the car needing an engine mount.

Yeah, my gut feeling is that car is fooked. I wouldn't even bother go seeing it. I could be completely wrong of course. Someone go and buy the car (and prove me wrong) :p

Was reading a review of a potential future luxo a Volvo S90 and with options it was 75k!!!

An easy test to see if it's engine mounts is load the engine in reverse or drive, *if* noise goes in either direction its just a mount

Lovely example, but if I would go for one of these I would be looking it for 2.5K max.
