    Yeah, back in my hedonistic days of youth.

    Not many of them turned into second dates or anything beyond an occasional 2am booty call though. Always found the mystery would dissipate prematurely and things would fizzle fairly swiftly after that.

    Nowadays if I was single I don't think I could fathom it. You look for so much more than a quick shag in a guy after a certain point IME.

    If it's a proper date, I try not to let it happen unless I genuinely was 100% positive I really, really liked the person. But usually I'd wait till date two or three when I kinda had a better picture that it was going somewhere.

    Really? It's been the norm for me with 50+ women. Some made relationships, some didn't.

    I fail to see the difference if it's first date or not. I'm currently friends with benefits with a woman (the first ever) who didn't.
