    Yis should have to do that here too, all non Irish people looking for an Irish passport should have to sit an exam, first question - how much does Joe earn a year?

    Pat will have to come up with his own bond cash so to speak, wonder would his travel inshurdance cover him...
    A spokesperson for the Olympic Council of Ireland has said it will not be paying the €410,000 bond which Pat Hickey is required to pay as a condition of having his passport returned and being allowed to leave Brazil on medical grounds.

    The OCI says it is a personal matter for Mr Hickey. The OCI is currently paying Mr Hickey's legal fees.

    Firstly, that's sexist assuming the author is a male.
    Secondly, yes, it would be hard to be funnier than you Joe because you're so funny. When I watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm" I watch to the end of the credits to see your name, but alas, it's not there.........

    Nah.

    Joe reads the thread. (Don't you Joe). And came across it like that. He didn't randomley search his name on Twitter halfway through the show.

    Though it would make a change from the yawning and burping that he does normally be doing.

    In fairness Joe was in pretty good humour today.

    It's definitely a deliberate (and wise) move to be seen to take himself less seriously. His inability to conceal his anger when criticized does him no favours at all, and I reckon he's just woken up to that fact.

    Well, it's either that or he's just negotiated another payrise.

    New salary figures should be interesting when they emerge next Spring.

    My bet is that Joe was basking in the glow of having singlehandedly stopped de selling of de miracle herbs, so to speak.

    He'll be able to boast about it to the next Faaahhhder or Padre that he calls to arrange for prayer circles, or veneration of Padre Pio's mitten, and again when he asks for bottles of de holy water to be delivered to his house.
