We get it they need to update their customer service- do we have to listen to another day of complaints?

Duffy doing his anti capitalist, socialist hero of the people routine again. The highest paid socialist in Ireland, paid for out of the social purse.

Being a country of blunders, both Irish Water and Eir are making mistakes. We deserve no less because nobody complains enough

All these companies are the same now. I can't even phone my local bank anymore, get through to some idiot in Dublin who invariably can't help.

    Hes still saying "telly-com eireann".

He said he held off on these calls until they heard of this sale, surely the state can get in the ****ter with interfering with the sale, i.e. decide to blacken the name on public airwaves which could reduce the potential value of the company.

Anyway, who uses Eir these days? I thought everyone was switching to mobile phones and closing their land lines. Their internet is sh*te.

My money is that he encouraged his mother to buy Eircom shares.

There are thousands of people with a moan about Eir/Com/TE for years past. This is just a cheap way of filling airtime and avoiding anything of real importance going on in the country - again.

These are common issues with every phone/broadband/tv company in the world. Why are the knives out for Eir?
