    I agree with this man completely. Such a stupid ad... most sleep experts say that you shouldnt sleep for short periods, and you should not take a stimulant if you are trying to sleep.

    this fellow has alot wrong with him, he is complaining about fairly good advise to take a break if you are felling sleepy. He needs a job/hobby

    And they couldnt decide on what word to use. Some of the ads say "sip a coffee" and others say "take a coffee" so they dont even know what you should do with the coffee. F**k it out the window would be my advice, if you're trying to sleep.

    I know i posted something similar a few days back, but the amount of d*ckheads , cycling along the luas lines and then hopping onto the footpath and flying along, just wrecks my head......
