    Might actually be a bit of balance to show how vulnerable cyclists can be, to counter the arguments of those who say they'll push cyclists off, run them off the road etc.

    There is a recovery, but it's absolutely idiot to start throwing the money around. Recovery doesn't mean we're rolling in the cash, just that we're not as bad off as before.
