For those looking for more great value.

England Saxons +1 against South Africa A is completely crazy imho.

England beat then by 8 points last week, after being 19 points to nil up at half time.

With wade and rocoduguni on the wings, England could score from anywhere, and the boks a team is littered with kings players who have been pretty abject this season.

England by 10+ in my opinion.

3 bets I took for the match tomorrow:

    Du Toit anytime, 7/1
    Furlong anytime, 12/1
    Ireland +10, 21/10

    all on B365.

I like NZ - 23 @ 10-11 a lot. Would have it at least 5 points higher. NZ won by 18 last week in a relatively sloppy performance. NZ will improve. I don't think the same can be said about Wales, whose morale won't have been helped by a hammering for the midweek team against the chiefs.
    All Blacks by 30 plus.

Paddy Power doesn't fancy the Irish provinces at all in Europe. All are outsiders to win their pool.

    Champions Cup odds:
    Leinster 22/1
    Ulster 40/1
    Munster 50/1
    Connacht 100/1

Not sure how Connacht are twice Munster's odds considering the pools

Under total points of 46.5 looks a value bet for the super rugby final.

Conditions are pretty torrid with stiff wind and rain and icy temps.

I'm on it, with also a double of canes -6.5 and under 46.5 @11/4

    NZ -19 @1.90

Probably take a couple of try scorers too.

Julia Savea is starting so anytime try @ 4/5

Kieran Read anytime try @ 12/5 is good value as he was at the centre of everything last week without a score and will be hungry.

Beauden Barrett anytime try looks good @ 13/8

Dane 'the winger' Coles anytime try @ 23/10

New Centre Anton Lienert-Brown is 2/1 for an anytime try and it seems to be an All Black tradition for debutantes to score a try. Live dangerously and he's 55/1 for an unlikely debut hat trick.

    Decisions, decisions. :D

Seeing as tj is 12/5 anytime try scorer and he'll get 20 mins. Aaron at 16/5 looks good value with 60 mins to play.

    I'm on it

    NZ -19 @1.90

Doubled down with NZ-18 @2.00 just before KO; heart was in my mouth at the close!

Must make note to myself - Beauden Barrett is not Dan Carter when it comes to goal kicking. :(

Manuel Montero to score in 80 @3.60

Just a heads up to everybody, I found the odds on tryscorers for this match to be pretty generous!

PP have odds out for the Pro12 opener (rare that they're out prior to team announcements):

    Ospreys -20 vs Zebre
    Ulster -10 vs Dragons
    Leinster -23 vs Treviso
    Scarlets -4 vs Munster
    Connacht scr vs Glasgow
    Cardiff -3 vs Edinburgh

I've stuck a few euro on the Ulster 'cap, I'd have the spread at 15-20.

Ulster has gone out to -15.

    Thinking of taking a treble of Ulster -8, Leinster -3, Glasgow +1 @ c. 7.00

    Thoughts?

Solid bet, seem like very good odds.

I got 3.24/1 on PP for a clean sweep for the provinces this weekend. Leinster away to Edinburgh is a potential banana skin, the other three games should be bankers.

Last weeks 'losing' budget all on this - fortune favours the brave/foolish. :D

Had a narrow escape last night betting on the Leinster game and should have gone with my usual Thomas "The Tank! Waldrom bets instead - he got in for two tries in Exeter's demolition of Bristol. Anyway, I survived to fight again and so this week's budget is committed as follows.

Two squeaky bum bets: Munster were stuck on 7 points when Conor Murray scored at 38 minutes and the conversion brought in my bet.

The Connacht bet was even worse and went right down to the wire with a penalty on 40 minutes going over the bar bringing their first points total to 8 - I needed more than 6.5. Happy days. :D

Right what are people betting on this weekend!?

    No teams announced yet but, off the cuff;

    - Munster + 10
    - Conn win
    - Ulster +5
    - Glasgow win
    - Scarlets win

I am staying away from Lein/Blues as that is the banana-skin, unless Leinster play the same side as last week then I'd go for Leinster win!

The Munster spread was -30 last I checked, you won't get much for -10 unless you're putting it in an accumulator.
