    The lnb is a quad lnb... Each coax cable to three different rooms.. I thought diseq was for switching from one lnb to another?

    It is but I notice that you'll pick up a lot more channels if you enable it for some reason

    No diseq ain't the problem mate its ment to be disabled. I don't really know where to advise you next.

    If you go to satfinder are you getting signal there? If you are in don't really know then pal it just seems like it's autoboquets is the problem not picking up the channels.

    I have both my tuners configured to simple and single and 28.2 with diseq switched off.

    I just checked mine and I've both set to Single and Simple with Disque set to no

    I was having the same issue. One of the tuners didn't have any cable in it, once I disabled the tuner it worked right away.

    Are you missing the cable in one of the ports or is it loose ?

    he only has one cable in but think he disabled the spare one it was first thing I suggested too happens alot.

    try the box in a different room just incase your cable is faulty ?

    Same cable in Ariva all channels... The core might be a little short so will try re fitting in the morning... Feel like it's setting related as every scan brings I slightly different list of channels

    Tell us which channel you are missing - I'll give you the freq and you can try to find it via manual scan ?

    Which OS you are using ?

    Do automatic instead instead.
    If still nothing
    Then there a problem with wires/dish

    I also think there's an issue with the cable. He's picking all the channels in other room that means the dish is ok.

    Yeah I've given up... Automatic scan only picked up handful of Channels.. Made no sense as say channel 5 hd came in and itv hd.. But not BBC one... Channels like eir sport tuned but not sky... Just weird.. When you switched to any channel that I had tuned from my own setup in Dublin get tuner configuration message.. I dunno not worth wasting hours trying to get sorted.. Thanks for all the replies

    Sounds to me like there's a fault with the lnb

    Might be a problem with 1 of the ports, either that or it's a cabling issue, or a problem with the box of course.

    Anyone had an issue with remote inputs? Remote works fine for changing channels etc but cannot enter text or change IP addresses for example. On text input it just shows up as an F no matter what number i press...! Using OpenVix

    Also have the same problem - RTE1 RTE2 TG4 and a few other random channels showing in providers list but when clicked on - "Tune Failed" message appears. Majority all other channels are perfect including Sky Sports & Sky Movies.
    Several scans and new bouquets added but to no avail.

    rescanning doesn't update the channel frequency in the individual bouquets unless its rescanned thru Autobouquet. Those channels you mentioned do work, try them in all channels list...
