I evolved a 190cp magikarp tonight to a 99% IV Gyarados of 1978cp. I'm happy with that :-)

The moveset is more important. I had my 1700CP Blastoise ruined by a ****ty moveset. What moves did you get?

Went out for a bit again today, took a few gyms too. One of them happened to be the guy I suspected of cheating with two accounts. Took his gym down grand, had it held for a good half hour or so. Next minute I see it's being taken back so I let it be, as I held another gym just a few mins away from that one. Two account guy took the gym and then began taking the other one. I went to go and see who it was trying to take it, so I went to the spot of the gym (small statue in an open green in a park). Saw nobody was there, despite it showing on my screen that it was being taken. Let it be and sat away from it, but still nobody within range of it. It was eventually taken over and two account guy immediately had 2 Pokemon in there within seconds of taking it over. Definitely think he's GPS spoofing now..he has Pokemon in 80% of gyms in my town... All 1k+ CP.

You'll get another lucky egg and incubator when you hit level 25 so it all depends on whether you want to level up quicker or have a better chance of catching a Pokemon you haven't caught yet.

I've had it happen with two specific Pokemon, a golden and a Zubat. It stopped after a while.

I'm level 17 now and have only seen one 500+ Pokemon in the wild so far, about three weeks ago. I have a few evolutions between 800 and 1000 but none higher. When or how should I expect to meet, hatch or evolve high CP mons?

I'm not sure if you can carry more than nine eggs at a time but if you don't have nine incubators it would be pointless anyway. When you hatch an egg you get another one from a pokestop pretty much right away.

No, beyond the potluck of evolving them.

Would be a cool change if Niantic introduced TMs that you could pick up at pokestops.

Give him one more chance to see if you can spot the person when they are taking a gym. If they are not there report them.

Personally I don't mind botters who just go around collecting but if they are taking gyms from others they deserve to be banned

Have seen the shadow for Electrobuzz a fair few times but never managed to find them. Finally hatched a 1183 from a 10k!

Was having a crap morning with nothing spawning and stuff running away. Even started catching Pidgees and weedles again to get some XP. Then Chansey appeared

Took six raspberries and a bunch of super balls but he went in the bag. Crap CP but 235 HP.

Even better, I caught a Drowzee! Had to trespass a tiny bit.

All 9 of my eggs hatched yesterday so I'm starting off anew. First new eggs are 2km (x1) and 10km (x1). Here's hoping the 10km gives me something good.

What are the common types which are hard to get in Dublin? Are there many Ekans or did St. Patrick take care of them? I found a water Pokemon here in my town so will bring the kids to catch turtles and carp later.

cant get much fire here, all the ekans are driven out. Not sure what else is common elsewhere, i cant get much eevees where I go.

evolved a gyrados finally but his moves are terrible.

No fire types where I live either. Despite the 3000 hectares of forest that burned down last week.

Ediy: There seems to be only 11 fire types total in the game and I have one each of five of those. No wild charthings, ninetails, arcanine, magmar or rapidash yet.

I got one from a 10km egg. It is only 350cp but it has well over 300 hp which is good.

I have caught 1,986 Pokémon total and my Voltorb's/Electrode's and Magnemite's/Magneton's make up over 26% of my total lifetime caught.
