Just caught me a 646cp kingler sat on my couch. nice new addition to my pokedex. Only just gone level 14 so he rockets into my top 3 for the moment :)

Caught a 571CP Venomoth on a leisurely dog walking country walk. Certainly wasn't expecting that. I also caught a 35cp Weedle and, to be honest, I wouldn't have even expected that either. There's usually nothing out here in the sticks! :pac:

I hate Eevee, last two 10km eggs I hatched were Eevee, super annoyed.

On the flip side, I got enough candies to evolve Vulpix into a 1250CP Ninetales, also caught my second Abra, and got a 552CP Squirtle from a 2km egg

i actually swear them incense things scare pokemon away. not seen even a weedle in the half hour it was active. iv tried walking around with one active, sitting in my apartment even activated one while was in the car last week and nothing.

Spent the day out on Bull Island and Dollymount with the wife, probably the best spot in Dublin that I've seen. Got a charmander, charmelion, warturtle, sycther, pikachu, ponyta, digletts, rhyhorn, duduo, loads of squirtles and plenty of other water types. Icing on the cake was a Lapras as well, it ran on the wife though.....that was an awkward walk back to the car :o

Just hatched a 5km egg, feckin Paras. I don't know how you guys get such cool stuff in eggs, I've mainly hatched Weedles, Pidgees and Drowsees. :/ I mainly get 5km eggs, I've seen a handful of 2km and only 1 10km (which hatched a Kabuto that I was delighted with). The lack of internet here is killing me, I hope Dublin airport has some good spots as I think they've free wifi. I don't think I'll have any luck in Kilkenny next week without internet either. :/

I think so. Sure it'll be gone in about 30 minutes at the rate Niantic are going.

If your not active you should get a Pokemon every 5 mins with incense. If you walking it should be every 1-2 mins.

Must take a trip out to Bull Island this week! Hit 50 in the pokedex last night, eager to fill it up now :)

I don't understand how drowsee are so common and I've yet to see a vulpix. Most of south Dublin is one giant fox habitat and yet no vulpix. Makes no sense :pac:

I was supposed to be in Dublin last week but it's been postponed to the end of this week. What are the best spots to hit up? Was thinking Stephens Green and down by Merrion Sq. Is it worth taking a stroll as far as Ballsbridge or Ranleigh? If anyone has some info on nests it would be great.

Nothing out in Ranelagh, but it would be worth a walk along the Grand canal.

I went to the botanical gardens today, and it was pokestop heaven. Fair few Pokemon too, got a few Tentacools and Kinglers.

Mr. Mime spawns in Ranelagh Gardens. Been a couple of times, and gotten at least two each time.

The zoo is good and at least their are other interesting animals of the non virtual kind

Had no plans this weekend so spent it out in the glorious sunshine catching Pokemon in some beautiful spots in London.

On Friday evening after work, strolled around the outside of the Tower of London and made a killing, great spot for Pokemon.

I read on Reddit that Holland Park had loads of spawns so went there on Saturday and caught loads. Had an Onyx in my sights but couldn't find it.

Did more Reddit reading on Sat night and found out about a new app (I'm on iOS) called GoRadar which works much better than Pokevision). It shows exactly where they are and what time they'll disappear. You can also narrow it down to your "favourites" so can find rare ones. I really recommend it (before Niantic try to shut it down)

I used it today in Greenwich Park and got my first Clefairy, Venomoth and Electrode as well as loads of Abras. I found a charmander too but he ran away.

After Greenwich I walked along the river from London Bridge to Blackfriars and got a few Slowpokes as well.

I was in Kilkenny today and was able to recreate the original tracking system by opening my WiFi settings and walking around in various directions trying to catch the nearby hotspots.

In fairness there's a decent bit of free Wi-Fi around the castle area and I caught some cubones and drowzees, golden and startups which, with evolves, got me three new pokedex entries. Not bad for about ten minutes actual play time. Galway tomorrow. Are there any spots with free Wi-Fi and stuff to catch there does anyone know?

I really wouldn't try an app like that because if it goes directly to the Niantic servers it will be the same IP as your normal account and you may be flagged as a possible bot.

It's one thing to use something like pokevision which won't be tracked you your own account / IP but I wouldn't try it with something that may link to my account.

Stephens green is crazy, always loads of lures going and millions of people going around playing pokemon.
Wife got a snorelax today in the walkinstown area, fúcker never spawned on my phone
Where are all the ground-types at? I've caught a single Rhyhorn and Cubone so far, and that's it! I've also not found any geodudes, onyx or machops - where's Dublin's Mt Moon? :P

I was in stephens green today, cubones and geodudes in there. Got a 440 cubone. Only rhyhorn i got was in peoples park dun laoghaire.

I caught a Blastoise earlier in St Stephen's Green. just casually walking along and he pops up in my nearby, I thought I was never going to find him. makes up for the one I lost a few weeks ago, when the game crashed on me. :D
