Dusted off the old vita there this week and started to replay ratchet and clank HD collection on it.

I forgot how short these games where :O. But still some of the best games you can play ever.

Being honest i would rate ratchet and clank a lot more then Crash ....

Did you get any sort of bargain on that? Have been looking to pick up the Ratchet and Clank HD Collection on the Vita for a while, was just waiting for the right price! :)

I got R&C 1, Jak 1 and another 2-3 games all on a digital code off eBay for about €13 a couple months ago, might still be there.

I wish have had it the past 2 years and have only played the 1st one of it and said why not go back and play it again.

Argos had it for 20 euros a while ago could be worth have a look.

Also when on a sale on its cross buy on pan

I played through Metal Gear Solid on it and it plays perfectly.

Can't speak for Silent Hill but I imagine it's the same situation.

The PS1 emulator for the PSP and Vita is far and away the best PS1 emulator on any system. If it's on the store you can be sure that the port is good.

Looking to get €20 PSN credit for a friend who's abroad (a small birthday token). Two questions; where is best online to purchase credit? Ideally, I'd like to purchase, receive the code and email it to my friend. Also, as he is abroad, will he be able to access the Irish store? He has an Irish PS VITA.

Think GameStop.ie do emailed codes, and yeah he will as long as he's logged into an Irish account.

The only problem is with a European account you get the awful PAL versions of games with a few exceptions like the Resident Evil games and import games.

Your also getting a rubbish psn store that doesn't have the flash sales.

Retr0gamer is referring to the fact that game's released in the PAL region (aka europe) were slowed down deliberately due to the refresh rate of our tvs at the time the games were released. PAL games run about 16% slower than their NTSC (American) counterparts. So you play final Fantasy 7 in europe, it's slower than if you played a version released in America

Which adds input lag, ruins the music and also adds black borders to the top and bottom of the screen and squishes everything horizontally to compensate.

It's grand on PS3 where switching accounts is simple. On Vita you need to switch memory cards and factory reset the whole system to change accounts each time. Might be too much effort for some but PAL versions of games are so poor... I play them on something other than Vita.

€50 PSN voucher. 12 hour plane journey. What should I get? I'm thinking short bursts of gameplay as I have FFX. Open to anything - the weirder the better

Liberation is decent but don't pay over the odds for it.

I'm just after buying Titan Souls, Hitman Go and X com for 18 euro.

I've a big trip coming up so I've been saving my vita but I realise now I've actually too many games so I've started Zero Time Dilemma and I've got the following after:

Suikoden 2, Severed, Steins Gate, Volume, Grim Fandango and the three I mentioned above along with my random game of Stardust Ultra, Spelunky, Geometry Wars, Don't Starve, Rogue Legacy. It's too much! :p

Are you joining willie fog and trying to go round the world in 80days via hot air balloon? If so bring your charger and hope the balloon has a socket.

Let me know what you think of all of them. I've a trip coming up in a few days and I'm about to buy and load a 16GB card with games
