    Picked some up in blanch today. Word of warning you have to enter email addresses for them there and then! That was fun trying to work out what addresses I haven't used in a while!

    You can just make them up, I used random madey up ones, the code still works as long as it's a new account (which you can setup later)

    Good to know re making them up. As far as I know, you can use the codes as long as you haven't used one on the account in 6 months.
