So as well as the postage fees that were oddly returned to me on a case (I had already received) also a 10 Euro coupon was emailed to me... HMM OK I said, Im so using that!

Used it to buy an extra Dash Type C Cable (came to 4.95) and got free priority shipping too.

Speaking of odd, I got an email this morning saying that a uk dash charger I had ordered this morning (full discount and no charge) was pending. Fingers crossed, another may be on the way!

No I just need some additional cables...

I got the correct UK dash charger adapters sent to me. Happy days.

Christ, i want to order the OP3 but the sandstone case say out of stock when checking out, says it's in stock on the store part of the website though!

Not going to order it without the case!

I just got this also. I have already had a UK Dash charger sent to me after raising a ticket about it.

On the store website it now shows the charger I have received and a second one pending dispatch with priority shipping.

I will updated if it is actually dispatched.

My delivery has left Heathrow and is now at the East Midlands regional sorting office. Holding out for delivery by tomorrow.

Edit: It actually left that sorting office at 5.30 this morning. Could be inching closer.

Got an update from support yesterday to say that they had realised a few EU chargers got sent to Ireland and they were sending out the correct one.

I guess they sending the correct one to everyone!

    Good on them :D

For those who already got a UK charger sent by support, does it include the cable? :)

Quick question on the charging; does the dash charging work with a 3rd party USB cable or only with the OnePlus cable?

Unfortunately not. If I do get a third charger (One EU, Replacement UK, and maybe one more?) I'll have to get a dash cable or two. Maybe they'll do a free shipping day...

I don't think so. From what i've read..

Dash Charger + Dash Cable - Fine
Dash Charger + Non dash cable - Cable possibly melt?
Non Dash Charger + Dash Cable - Charges at a slower rate than dash
Non dash charger + non dash cable with usb-c adapter - charges at a slower rate than dash.

    Correct me if I'm wrong?

No, it's just the charger. If my second one is shipped I'll definitely be buying some cables. Not that I need three chargers.

What date did you order if you don't mind me asking?

I ordered on the 21st, and had today as shipment date.

That's just changed to 4th July, with estimated delivery of 11th.

    Happy out.

    Loving mine so far.
Have it 10 days now but felt like I was holding a Fabergé egg until I got the case (sandstone) today.
As sleek and sexy as it is without a case I just think it's a matter if time until it slips out if your hand and smashes to bits unless you put some sort of case on it.
Do yourselves a favor and get a case.

Have ordered case separately and should arrive in few days. Will be VERY careful until it arrives.

Then need to transfer everything from an IPhone 4 to a oneplus.

Did anyone take out the insurance on it?

I got the 2 years. Turns out the only things that are not covered are loss and theft which are 2 of the primary reasons to insure an expensive device in my opinion.
Might be better 3rd party insurance deals available...

Ah there's hope for me so :D Weird that I didnt get a text, few peeps on the oneplus page said they got texts too :O

Was looking at the insurance from Blue Insurance. 5.99 a month to cover everything and then a 25 excess if something happens. Much better than the Oneplus cover IMO.

Personally have never had a phone lost or stolen but have broken a few screens in my time! I usually do my own repairs but quality of replacement screens is never quite as good as the original but a hell of a lot cheaper than sending it back to OPO. In the first few months after a phone's release you usually can't get replacement screens so they have to go by back to OPO for repair. Even when replacements appear it takes quite a while for prices to drop.

Also have a handy app on my smart watch that vibrates 5 times when it looses connection with my phone.

So 2 years OPO cover for very slightly more than the price of one year's Blue's makes sense for me.
