Was that Golf GTI registered here new? I crashed KZS 876 on a 1984 Mk2 Golf, you'd expect RZW to come after that but the Mk1 Golf would have been out of production by 1984.

The numbers wernt issued one after another, each county had its own particular allocations, some counties, dublin in particular went through its allocations very quickly.
RZW*** was a Co kildare reg in jan/feb 1981,so it was more than likely first registered here.
And KZS*** was a september 1984 Co Dublin issue.

That 940 and parking job looks suspiciously familiar! Love those Astons.

Very, very sweet car! There's always interesting motors parked up 'round there.

A lot of other companies made them too they were a very popular style of wheel in the 70s and 80s. The ones on my scimitar are Ansen japenese made slots and a lot of the american wheel companies made similar style wheels. Wolfrace are UK based so we saw a lot of them here.

I've got similar wheels on my T/A too!:)

They have a 1 litre turbocharged engine from the K10 Micra in them.

    I'm no zoologist, but I think that's a cat.

I have to turn my head every time I see them. They look really nice. And I am not talking neither about cats nor squirrels.

ROFL! I was wondering what it was. It's weird to see something of that value sitting for so long, any idea of the owner?

Was down in Dun Laoghaire today and was admiring this 1800 when smoke suddenly started billowing from the bonnet.
