That Jag is in Dun Laoghaire, it is in sort of a sad state, I've haven't seen it moved in about 2-3 years.

If you remember rightly Bergeracs car was in a terrible state when it was returned to its owner after the series , something about grass and moss growing in various parts of the car.The owner sued but lost IIRR for some daft technical reason such as wear and tear. If anyone else remembers this I would like to be validated as I did so much experimenting that I shouldnt have a memory, no Im not up early ,Im bed late.

Was down the West mid-week and saw a few Classics.

This Escort was on the side of the road in Ballindine. RS alloys, but Cartell says it's a 1300!

Not really a Classic, Mexican import Beetle in Claremorris.

    beetle.jpg

60's Merc saloon for sale on side of road between Claremorris and Castlebar.
Triumph Spitfire on ZV's for sale on side of N5 outside Castlebar and a Rover 2000 (or 3500?) still on UK K plate for sale a bit further up the road.

No pics im afraid, but managed to catch a glimpse of a 600, first one ive actually seen moving!

Was on the Mad Cow roundabout, then onto M50 southbound. I was about 6 or 7 cars behind. I was driving a van, so had an elevated view, tried to catch up but lost him in the flow. It was dark green, with a 5digit ZV plate. Awesome car!

It could have been that one that was on sale on Carzone.ie for ages. Someone must have bought it. Priced at €80,000 if I'm not mistaken!

........yes it was sold by Sport & Classic. I had a spin in it a few months back, terrific machine, and its then owner brought it one one of our Club runs earlier in the year. Sport & Classic is run by folks who are very well known to the Mercedes Club BTW, and they bring interesting machines to our meetings !
