These used to deliver bread locally in Tralee back in the day, this one was last taxed in 01. Maybe it will be restored some day.

What is it then? The mudflaps look like they have a letter "M", but it looks more like a Wolseley 4/44 to me. (A 6/90 has no rear quarterlights)

Spotted this lovely mint MGBGT near Terenure yesterday evening when heading to collect the missus. Didn't get a frontal shot as I was driving and only got this one when I was stopped at a traffic lights. Rubber bumper job and Irish reg too. Don't see these every day!

It appears it is. He would want to waxoyl his one and park it undercover or it will get crispy in no time.

I was posting a pic of this Midget couple of months ago - It seems that someone just put some air into the tyres and tried to start the car from the hill, because it is parked like 50m from the spot where it was before :) . Riverstick, Cork co. Picture taken last week. (I wouldn't say the car will be moved soon, so if you will be driving through the village towards Kinsale it's on the left side straight after the Riverstick sign). It is probably for sale, because when I was taking first picture couple of months ago some young lad aksed me if I'm interested and told me, that it's his mother's car.

    Today in Kinsale, Cork.

No pic (it was just me being a langer), but I saw a beautiful VW Beetle in Ballinspittle (Cork) and by the rear lights and wheels i would say it was from the 60s (paint was a bit faded, but the body and all chrome was sound). Then I saw a nice VW bus in Timoleague (Cork), but I was driving so no picture.

Gorgeous car, but Jesus Christ, please tell the owner to ditch the wheels. A friend of mine in Munich brought one of these for about €500 in 1992-93, it was supposed to tide him over for a few months and do five of us (and two dogs) for a road trip to Italy, he still has it, lovely car to drive and a rare car now, a lot rarer than a Merc anyway.

You're right. I just had a look in my archive and found the car. These pictures are approx. 2 years old.

btw. it's easy to drive 4cyl 1.8 litre car daily as it's not that heavy on petrol like the 3.0 V6 ^^

That used to be my car, I had it in dublin up to about 2007. When I had it we used it as a daily driver, but it lived in a garage both at home and work and this really helped keep corrosion at bay. Good to know she is still alive!
