@PAL: My original post (starting this thread) was due to remembering a fellow who I used to work with who was up at 50 countries. He counted Wales, N.Ireland & Monaco as countries... and therefore I was measuring my country count against his. Now, don't keep moving the goalposts!....

Obviously you cannot count all those small islands as countires... but you can get the gist of the "landscape" that people here are counting against.

Also... if you are going to list your countries... then put numbers on them so we don't have to go counting through each post to see how many you all have.
