Had a brief look.

Code changes needed.

var pmKey = ">Private Messages</a>: Unread ";

..and

var PMend = pageText.indexOf(",", PMstart);

Those two will get the correct values then from the page regarding total messages, unread.

as for the icon. I am not sure. The code should work. Maybe needs some kind of updating somehow. Tried setting the statuson var to global but didn't fix the issue.

Note.. I am going on 2 weeks holidays. If anyone wants to fix this please feel free to. Otherwise your going to have to wait.

Sterling work young master Hobbes. Works a treat with Firefox 1.5. I just dragged and dropped it onto my browser and it installed without a bother.

Now if only mozilla would sort their f'in calendar extension!!!
