In the instructions it explains how to install it. Thought this would be obvious too but it only works on firefox (might work with mozilla but not supported).

Put into noia 2.0 extreme. Then the icons appear

just grabbed this seems to do the job nicely.

Polling is ugly, not that you have any choice - it needs to be fixed on the server.
A nice solution IMHO would be boards integrating with a jabber server. (previously suggested here)

Ok this version will work with 1.5 Beta (and probably 1.5 gold too). It is also backward compatible. As this version replaces earlier versions I am putting the instructions here again.

PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING BELOW.

If you use this extension then please put a reply to this thread. This is for tracking (in case I need to change something in the plugin). Its been tested and odds on it won't cause any problems with boards but in the event it does I want to be able to warn those who are using it.

it seems since the upgrade the plugin doesnt work, as in it wont turn green to indicate a new message.

Is anyone else having this problem?
