His current Radio broadcast Regarding covid 19 is all well & good in terms of public health , however when he lists vulnerable groups he says "PREGNANT PEOPLE " , even though the HSE website says PREGNANT WOMEN " , and in my understanding of biology only a woman can become pregnant , am I the only person whose noticed this…

That's fair enough.
I suppose I felt the need to ask, in this instance, as it is the basis for the original post in some ways.
There are some people who apparantly don't want to use the term "biological woman" at all (not you) - and I'd wonder why the need not to acknowledge this in the same was as you might wonder why I feel the need to ask.

Transphobia is not acceptable. Women are people. Biology is more complicated than fits on a T-shirt, live with it.
