Noa Lyn van Leuven wins the second women's tour event beating Katie Sheldon in the final. Katie 3rd on the OoM after the two events

No win for Beau in any of the four events is surprising. Looks like Sherrock has really worked on her floor game and is throwing good numbers now. The Women's Series looks much more competitive this year.

ET2 on this weekend in Germany (starts Sat). Steve Lennon qualified. Gary Anderson has withdrawn and I think Luke Woodhouse gets his spot

Make that 12 in a row. Lost 6-5 to gurney today

Does Keane just hate the floor or something? Most of his ranking money is basically the stage events.

Thankfully he's about £30k clear of the TC cutoff right now, but there's still a lot of the year to go… (defending 10.5k from PC, 8k from Euro Tour, 10k from PCFinals, and 7.5k from Worlds)

Floor isn't affecting him in the development tour this year mind.

In better news WOC through round 1

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,706 ✭✭✭Dillonb3

    O'Connor out to Schindler.

I think he's defending a decent bit of money at the worlds this year which could cause him to drop further in the rankings

Szaganski into the L16. Has beaten Willie Borland, Thibault Tricole (who beat Chizzy!), and now Nathan Aspinall to win his board.

No Irish qualifiers for ET5 with all of them going out in the L80. Keane Barry really needs a win to stop the rot, he has one more chance today in the qualifiers for ET6.

No Irish qualifiers for ET6 either. Lennon, Mansell and Barry all made the L20 but lost out in their final match. A disappointing day.

WOC won this afternoon too after beating Mervyn King 6-3. Plays Ross Smith next

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,498 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

Slevin lost to Dobey round 1

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,498 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

Ross smith beats WOC 6-5 in round 2

Barry wins 6-5 against Stephen Burton in R1 of the latest Euro Tour. He was 5-2 up and I thought he had blown it as Burton had the throw in the final leg but Keane got it done. A badly needed win and some ranking money.
