I honestly think LeClerc settles in behind in a reversed situation. It’s just not something LeClerc tries, albeit doesn’t have the opportunity to as often. Some reputations are true and Verstappen is the more aggressive driver.

As it was, LeClerc had an opportunity to make it whereas Verstappen didn’t keep it between the lines.

In any case, he’s got punished.
