Perez has no one to bleme but himself he could of easily been in the top 10 he is washed at this poin championship well and truely sealed for max, Cant see perez being kept on next year

Lovely result for Max. Great lap from Charles and rubbish again from Perez.

I've heard people say that Perez is a confidence driver. The way things are going will he ever get his groove back?

What's interesting is they if it was Max who was starting p15 on Sunday then we'd all think he'll easily get up to the top. With Perez, not the same.

Also - boo for sprint weekend, not a fan. Tomorrow is just weird.

It’s a shame as he seemed to have decent pace in the car today and not a million miles off Max (other than the very first lap in Q1). From what I remember anyway.

He’s never going to challenge Max over a season but he really should be making more of the car advantage while it lasts.

Possible rain tomorrow for the sprint is being mentioned.

These short laps are intense, also means the margins are super close over the field.

Still though...Max for the win all over.

Unusual to hear Horner comment so negatively on perez going outside track limits.

Verstappen called to the stewards about possibly impeding KMag...

Have to say, the track limits is getting rather tedious. Why not add a small strip of gravel trap, at least that way its an instant punishment.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,619 ✭✭✭Charlie-Bravo

Really need to change the kerb profile to punish drivers instead of this constant farce of deleting lap times. It's a shame as this shorter lap brings the cars closer.

It is a tough one, it is not like they are missing chicanes.

It is extremely difficult for them to judge precisely where they are with their viewpoint, yeah they could play it safe but that kinda goes against the whole let's go as fast as we can nature of the sport. The banker lap is not F1.

Going too wide and bouncing over those kerbs would be punishment enough.

Hulkenberg in a Haas has more Q3 appearances than Checo in a RedBull!

Just saw to the drivers they get rid of track limits so when someone pushes you wide don’t complain as no more track limits. Typical drivers only complain when it effects them.

Will be green track. Expected to be dry later

Drying nicely, F3 was wet and a decent ding dong right to the end.

Jesus Ferrari have a driver out there saying he’s a brake by wire failure and he’s asking to them say something.

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,440 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

    Jesus sainz. What a lap.

  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators Posts: 10,102 Mod ✭✭✭✭Andrew76

Holy **** that was brilliant! Mega lap from Sainz. What happened to Hamilton? Leclerc barely made it.

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,440 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Hamilton out in Q1 in sprint qualifying. Russell is saying he’s got a hydraulic failure. Jesus rough morning for the mercs.

Had a lap deleted and on the last lap he was in traffic I think.
