Fourth time starting this thread for the year and as usual I only start it on a good round 77 off forward tee's on Headfort Old of 9.8 3 under through 4 holes was a great start and held it until the 8th where I found the bunker. Being winter, bunkers are hit and miss,more miss today and cost me a few times. Good golf…

12 hole comp yesterday.1 to 9..16 17 and 18
Played brutal first 8 holes only 10 points then birdie on 9th..birdie on 16th..par on 17th and 18th.
14 points over 4 holes 2 under gross.
Headwrecking game at times this golf

74 (+3) gross off 3.3hc (course handicap 4) in Portmarnock links on the 31st in the wind and rain so PCC of 2!
11 greens in reg
8pars, 5 bogeys, 1 double 😡, 4 birds 🤑
got a decent cut to 2.4hc on the 1st so interesting fact - I am JC eligible for 2024 but not eligible for 2025 with the cut taking effect after midnight on the 31st
